« We had a wonderful time at Tera’s house! It was plenty big for 6 adults and 4 teenagers. The kids enjoyed the pool table and poker, and the adults enjoyed the spacious living room and kitchen for games as well as the fire pit and coffee options. Close to restaurants etc even though it feels rural. Loved it! »

« Moms of college students visiting Athens (one for the first time). Our host was excellent - excellent area recommendations, easy to work with, prompt to respond. The house itself was perfect for us to kick back and catch up. It was close to everything we wanted to do and in an adorable, quiet neighborhood. The house was adorably appropriated. We didn't need for anything. Super safe, Super equipped and super fun! Would love to go back ANY time of year. 5 Stars aren't enough. »

« I was in the area for a conference. My friend ended up not getting to go and so I went alone. It was a very clean, peaceful home. Being alone, I never felt concerned. The owner provided access to the garage which was very nice. Just know, the driveway is VERY steep. If you have more than one car, you will need to utilize the garage for at least one vehicle to get turned around and back down. I was grateful for my cameras on my vehicle. Would highly recommend this home to stay in. »

« My family stayed here with some extended family for a getaway weekend. Mostly adults with a few preteens. Location was easy to get to and a grocery store was less than 10 minutes away. We ordered pizza one night and cooked most of our meals. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, even some spices and coffee. Even though we brought our own coffee for the drip coffee maker. The home is beautiful just as in the pictures and the view is picturesque. It was a little chilly and rainy while we were there...

« We have stayed at a large number of places on Lake Lanier in the last 20 years and can say that this property has the most scenic views of all! The location is on a point with views out of all of the bedrooms and a fantastic view from the great room. The house is very nice and comfortable. We shall definitely return. »
