"One of my favourite hotels in London! The location is brilliantly central (just behind Fortnum & Mason on Piccadilly) with lots of restaurants, shops, attractions, theatre & Tube stations a quick walk away. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed for a special stay."

They are doing a good job changing th e persona of the hotel environment especially in the Mayfair Bar where over the past 20 years has been a club at nights and has made it a much more social and comfortable environment even at night while keeping it hip but not trashy . "This was my second visit to this hotel as it was ideally situated for the places I had to visit in London. Within a minutes walk of Green Park and easy access to all the shops I wanted to visit. The hotel I am told is about to close to undergo major refurbishment, which would not be a bad thing as it is looking a little tired now in some areas. My booking and check in was handled with the utmost professionalism by well trained and polite staff members. I look forward to visiting again once...

"Excellent location, excellent staff, large and comfortable apartment, The light switches are some old strange technology and hard to operate. We left a retainer at the property and sent a message to the property 1 hour after check out to have it shipped at our own cost but two messages later and 2 days later still no response. Their listed phone number is also disconnected."
