"Very disappointed with Hotels.com not notifying us of a 60euro cleaning fee imposed after a 1 night stay. There add also says theres a full size fridge and a dishwasher however no dishwasher and a small fridge. The quality of a accommodation was well below par.... not at all in line with same rated places. The lady that checked us in was lovely but the additional fees were ridiculous!!! Very very disappointing. "

"Really nice, clean and cosy apartment. 12 minute walk to the centre. It would be helpful if they left extra toilet paper, as well as bin bags for the guests to throw any extra rubbish. "

"This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Julia. The apartment is very spacious and the location can’t be beat - close to the central area, the Bahnhof, the walkway around the lake - we could walk everywhere! It is next to the train tracks but the trains are electric and quiet. Any extra needs were taken care of immediately. When we return to Zell Am See, we shall rent this place again."

"This is hands down the nicest Hotel we have used throughout our years of family ski vacations! Our flat was impeccable, the equipment was mint, and the two spas on site are excellent. Add to that underground direct access to the communal ski room which is connected by an elevator directly to the Dorfbahn lift, and you have a winning combination. "Arrivés pour 18h, nous nous rendons à l'hôtel et non a la résidence pour le check in, appartement réservé sur Hotels.com pour 8 et pour une valeur de 156 euros, quelle stupéfaction lors de l'accueil avec la personne en place, elle nous demande de régler en PLUS 176.5 euros pour le ménage...(pour une nuit) prix incompressible et c'est comme ça sinon on peu aller voir ailleurs!!!! Apparemment c'était noté en 2ème page....on c'est bien fait avoir sur le coup là d'autant plus que l'appartement était...

"Erholung pur in einer schön eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick und familiären Umfeld. Die Wohnung hatte alles an Ausstattung was man braucht und die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ist direkt mit im Haus, aber wir haben uns überhaupt nicht gestört gefühlt. "Great apartment to stay during our ski trip for a week. We, a family of four, enjoyed our stay very much as everything we needed was there. The location is a bit uphill from Kaprun center. It is about 15 minutes to walk but you can always take your car and easily park almost anywhere you want. The cooking facilities, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer makes it a very comfortable stay."
