« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Magnolia is a beautiful well furnished home. We were lucky enough to have gotten lots of snow during our stay. It was so beautiful!! I would suggest additional heating on/in the main level bedrooms. There was a dramatic difference in that part of the house. Lots of "It's freezing back here" comments. space heaters would have been most welcome! We kept the thermostat at 70 lest the upstairs get too warm. I did report that there was leaking in the upstairs...

« The pipes at Lewis cottage were frozen, the rental company contacted us before we arrived to tell us, and upgraded us to a much bigger rental with the same amenities. Cannot comment on Lewis cottage but the upgraded house “mountain majesty” was very nice. Great communication from the rental company. »

« over all, we enjoyed our stay. The cabin was cozy. there were a couple issues that we experienced during our stay and we arrived. Living room TV was out of resolution and we couldn’t watch anything, we tried to fix it but somehow we were unable to. also it’s best for the key to be placed by the gate instead of the office almost half an hour away, I found this a bit inconvenient. »

« We stayed 2 nights for New Year’s Eve. We stayed with our adult children and their families. There was plenty of room for everyone. The home was clean and comfortable. Plenty of games and things to do inside. It had everything you could need. My only concern was that there were no railings on the stairs and with small children we really had to watch them. Overall a great place and would stay again. »

The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused.
