Very well-appointed rooms. Extremely convenient location next to Leicester Tigers' rugby stadium. Easy stroll into the city centre (10-15mins)

Good hotel didn’t like seeing smoking related rubbish lying around outside room windows receptionist on arrival very good

I had a comfortable sleep and good time

Overall not too bad a place to stay. Rooms clean and tidy, maybe a little outdated and a bit worn around the edges, but fine for an overnight stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was really good value, lots of choice. Outside functional, a little plain but whats expected when situated next to a main road. If in a room like we were near to the road, is a bit noisy but did ease a little as night went on. Be aware, you will need to pay parking, we paid £6 for 24 hours.

The front of the hotel dreadful as if no one has lived there for years reception staff ok but forgot to bring me tea bags and toilet paper when asked for both The separate shower (much better than climbing into a bath) had mould on the tiles and all round the base and there is no heating in the bathroom The curtains did not fit properly so never totally dark to help me go to sleep and I had to ask for a heater as the central heating is only on for a very limited time and even when on the radiator only Luke warm The fire alarm went off whilst I was there but no real communication from staff and only I and a few others actually vacated the building and none of us were given any instruction re fire drill No facilities for meals. I would only stay there because it’s convenient for me to visit my family
