« House is exactly like the pictures. Kids loved the game room, bonfire pit, and fishing off the dock (caught a couple of big ones). Would highly recommend. »

« I will start with the pros. 1. Excellent, walkable location to Tigertail beach. 2. Beach chairs, cooler and beach towels provided plus some floaties for the pool. 3. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware and spices etc. 4. Fishing dock with chairs and grill on patio. Cons 1.Rental agency, though very quick to respond to any questions, deferred any issues with rental stating they would "let the owner know". This was fairly frustrating when we were left to repair any issues...

« Great space for a large family. House was very clean and there were plenty of beach accessories for us to use. Pool was nice and heated and view was beautiful. »

« Our family loves visits to the Florida beaches and this was our first visit to Marco Island. While there is a nice beach here we had a hard time leaving this property. The inviting pool and the private pickleball/tennis court provided many hours of enjoyment for our family. The house is exactly as described and the owner was very easy to correspond with during our stay. We hope to return here. »

« We enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid Manor! It was exactly as shown … clean, everything we needed, plenty of space, great bathrooms/showers and comfortable beds. The lanai and pool were our favorite areas to hang out! The area was so quiet and peaceful we never saw anyone else while we were there. « Very spacious house for 2 grandparents, a couple and kids 5 and 8. Everything was easy. We cooked everyday and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bonus that there there was coffee for the first morning, spices and other basics. The pool was a great size, warm and cleaned every Thursday. And the playground and amenities at Mackle Park next door were really great. The office had a Murphy bed which was useful when the kids had to be separated. « I was here during Hurricane Helene. The owners contacted me right away about moving furniture inside (not a problem). The place is clean, cozy and cute. Kitchen fully loaded and I had lots of pots to fill with water (a hurricane was coming!) The beach theme throughout the place matched my vibe perfectly! Although the furniture upholstery needs a good make over, I loved the rattan! No candles or flashlight so I bought a pack of them for myself. Appreciated the big frig and the extra one outside....

« We had a great booking with this host from the start! They were timely, and prompt with responses. Even at the end of the stay, I had a few questions the night before and emailed, and got a response within 30 minutes that was super helpful! The location was amazing, and if you wanted to you could walk to Tiger Tail. (Just without a bunch of beach equipment ). We would 100% rent from tbis host and this property again! »

« A beautiful home with modern furnishings. We absolutely loved the pool and spa and spent most of our time outside enjoying it. The bbq area was a joy to have as well. Everything is up to date and the kitchen is fully stocked. One note, make sure you know how to stream on the TV as there is no cable option. Cannot wait to go back as we are already booked again. »
