*Property amenities include: 2 swimming pools, spa/hot tubs, tennis courts, fantastic Tiki bar & restaurant on the property, bike and jog path, bike storage, fish cleaning station, fishing pier, bikes & golf carts rentals (near by) and Marina(next door). Plus everything else Marco has to offer. Just write and ask if you have any questions.

PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED MEETING ALL CDC AND RENTAL COUNTY GUIDELINES WITH CONTACT LESS SELF CHECK-IN.
BOAT SLIPS ARE AVAILABLE ON A RENTAL BASIS .
The transient boat slips are 25ft rent by a day, week, or month. For the month it is about $300, 170 a week , 42 a day plus tax. Guests a few weeks prior to arrival contact the HOA. The HOA puts together a contract and mails it to the guest. Once they have a chance to review, guests provide payment, sign the contract and mail it back along with the following information: proof of residency, registration & insurance for the boat.

Condo is as advertised Beautiful view from living room and master bedroom. Very modern and clean. Fireplace worked well and can be used in a non heat mode. Beds were quite comfortable. Pool. hot tub, restaurants, boats were conveniently close. Tom is an excellent host.

Our children got along the entire time
Our girls are 7 and 12. They either love each other or hate each other while home. At Tom’s and the lovely Marco Island, they got along so well our entire stay. It was so beautiful there and so much to work with swimming, renting a boat and booking a jet ski rental. Can’t wait to go back!

Condo was immaculate. It featured stunning views of the bay. It was centrally located which was a big plus. Everything we needed was supplied in the condo. The owner thought of everything. Owner was a call away. Condo had a lot to do with the pleasant experience we had on Marco island. We hope to visit again soon.

Amazing view, convenience, comfort!
My husband and I stayed at this condo for a week. It is beautiful - exactly as pictured and described. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you might need to cook when you weren't eating right down the stairs at Dolphin Tiki Bar (delicious!). It is walkable to many shops and restaurants. But overall, it was hard to leave the condo with the lovely screened in lanai and it's FABULOUS views! Tom was very communicative, and let us know when we could check in early, We definitely recommend!
