Florida Estate Home with breathtaking views of Marco Island's Barfield Bay. Your private back yard hosts an in-ground pool with spa and slide. The backyard is its own botanical oasis. Lounge by the pool or sit on the third-floor balcony and take in the views. Walk in the front to a grand entrance. You’re greeted by the den and then the home opens up to the living room, breakfast table and open granite counter finished kitchen. The first floor has a formal dining room, den, living room, one of two laundry rooms, and 1/2 bathroom. Take the stairs to the top floor and here you will find all four bedrooms, the second laundry room, and three more full bathrooms. The best feature of the top floor? THREE of the bedrooms have access to the deck with Barfield Bay views. Wake up and enjoy the sunrise from the deck with a cup of coffee then ride the elevator down to the 1st floor then soak up the sun by the pool. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower and hang out in the basement with a pool table and entertainment center! A magical place and a serene location
What a fantastic stay we had at Marco Island! Our five-year tradition reached new heights with our recent visit. The house is beautifully decorated, exuding an elegant estate vibe that captivated us from the moment we arrived. A big shoutout to Hannah and Maurice for being exceptional hosts who were always attentive to questions and requests. Let me share some highlights that were not mentioned in the description. The garage is a treasure trove with four adult bikes, two kids' bikes, rafts for pool lounging, beach chairs, and an umbrella—all at our disposal with the convenience of garage door openers provided by our hosts. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the house offers a serene and private atmosphere that truly adds to its enchantment. Sunrise views from the third-floor patio overlooking Barfield Bay are breathtaking. Plus, the heated pool and spa, controllable from the kitchen panel, made our relaxation time even more luxurious. The rec room by the pool, equipped with a handy small refrigerator, was perfect for keeping our drinks cool as we enjoyed the sunny Florida weather. And speaking of convenience, a quick three-minute drive to the nearby Publix grocery store made stocking up on essentials a breeze. Access to the beaches was a short drive down the road, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. Needless to say, our family is already clamoring for a return visit. I can't recommend this property enough—it truly exceeded all our expectations.

Everything about this house is perfect. It is just as described and better. The views from the top deck are amazing. The house is so spacious and all the bedrooms are large. Everything was very clean and organized. We will definitely be staying here again.

Loved Marco Island and this house!
We loved this large home in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed seeing the turtles and owls that live nearby. We stayed for several weeks and had plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were used everyday. We had a couple minor issues and management was very responsive.

Great place for two families to celebrate a milestone
This property was amazing! So much room for our two families to enjoy being together - and to have room for some solitude as well. The property managers were responsive to our questions as they came up. The kitchen had what we needed to cook a few meals, including some basic spices and plenty of pots and pans and utensils. The two laundry rooms came in handy when both families wanted to do some cleaning up and packing. The five bathrooms meant no one ever had to wait to use one. The elevator was great - because each floor is huge with high ceilings and lots of stairs. The only real disappointment is that the gas firepit on the porch was disconnected, though I wouldn't be surprised if that was a mandate by the insurance company.

Wonderful week in Marco Island
House and grounds were perfect for our Thanksgiving family get together. House had plenty of room for all of our different morning routines and plenty of eating area options for all of us to be together. Kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Granddaughter & kids loved the basement area with pool table and easy access to pool area. Plenty of TV’s to watch football! Definitely exceeded our expectations!
