Outstanding Oceanfront Condo On The Beach With A Pool!!

Time to get away! Rent our newest addition! This newly renovated condo with a brand new, high-end, kitchen and updated bathrooms (see pictures) is so nice that you may never want to leave the unit. This unit is on an elevated 3rd floor (4th floor in reality) and is directly on the Ocean. (There is an elevator in the building) The views are breathtaking and the sunrises are fantastic! You will be creating lifelong memories with the people that you love. We own 2 units in this building and both of them are clean, updated, and beautiful. Great Vacation
Beautiful condo in a nice area of the Keys, plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. The views of the open Ocean from the balcony were simply terrific. Todd was a great communicator and provided many options for dining in the area, everyone we went to was really good too. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful Week Away!
The property has awesome views! We loved the walks on the beach, use of the kayak and bicycles, and the great condo! The condo is located to easily get to Key West and Key Largo. We also enjoyed so much in Marathon. The owners were so helpful to make sure we had a great stay!

Quiet Oceanfront Condo
The spot is wonderful. Waking up every morning to the view of the water is something we all got used to. The pool was right on the water and Todd’s recommendations for restaurants was spot on. We plan on returning in the future!

What a view!
To wake up each morning with an unobstructed view of the ocean is truly priceless! The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for a perfect keys getaway. The building even had a nice heated pool. It’s very centrally located. We went to Key West for a day, Sombrero beach and Bahia Honda. I highly recommend staying on Marathon…so many good restaurants! Todd is wonderful to work with!

We have stayed at many condo's listed on VRBO. This condo was the most well appointed condo we have ever stayed at. Fishing gear, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, kayak, bikes. This place has it all including great views of the ocean!!

Book this now!! It's a beautiful, spacious home with a million dollar view. It's so peaceful. You have your own pool, beach, kayaks and did I say it's RELAXING!! Just a short drive to The Keys and back to serenity. We will be returning!

The location of this corner unit condo on the 3rd floor is outstanding! Beautiful views of the ocean where we saw dolphins, manatees and other wildlife. Condo is spacious and clean. Convenient parking. Clean heated pool steps from the ocean. Highly recommend this location!

Relaxing Stay in Marathon
We enjoyed our stay in this beachfront condo in Marathon. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the balcony that had a beautiful ocean view. The breeze off the water was wonderful. There were plenty of towels for inside and plenty of beach towels for outside water activities. We didn’t cook, but there seemed to be plenty of pots and pans, and plates, etc. it is a well stocked condo. The pool was lovely and we certainly enjoyed our time swimming. We were looking for quiet place to read, relax and go out on some local boating activities—snorkeling, fishing and a sunset cruise. The location of the condo was perfect for us. This condo would easily accommodate two couples.

This Unit is awesome with stunning views!
We loved our stay at Coco Plum beach in Unit 3D. The condo is exactly as described and the views are actually more stunning in person. The owners were very knowledgeable about the area, gave great tips and were very communicative. Bikes, kayak, snorkel gear, chairs, fishing rods, seriously a fantastic very quite unit and beach! We had an awesome spring break!

Great spot in Marathon to relax
Had a wonderful stay in early August. The condo was very well kept and included everything that you could need in the kitchen or for beach excursions. The view and the pool can't be beat. It is a great location if you are going to explore more of the Keys. Communication with owner was very good. We did have one unfortunate day of very heavy construction noise but he made up for it by refunding us for the day. I would definitely recommend this unit or complex to others. The whole family enjoyed themselves.

Awesome!
Great condo and the owners are awesome! I had to have a package delivered while staying here that went into the locked mailbox. The owners went out of their way to help me gain access and retrieve the package. The condo has a fantastic view and is in a good central location on the keys. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

Wonderful Condo
We had the best week in the Florida Keys. This rental was perfect. Todd was amazing to work with and was very helpful. Although sargassum made the beach unusable, Todd told us about alternatives like Sombrero beach that were lovely. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and well stocked. I would highly recommend this rental and look forward to returning in the future.

A slice of heaven at Cocoa Plum!
This condo has it all! Astounding view of ocean on expansive lanai plus an end view and views on the living room side! Well appointed kitchen, newer appliances, modern living space throughout. Owner is well organized and touches base with the renters. Heated pool beachfront! Plenty of room to walk the beach. Nice community. Hope to rent here again!

Amazing little hidden gem!
This condo is perfect! Has everything you need .. the view is amazing! Clean, well stocked, plus the added bonus of 4 coaster bikes and a 2 seater kayak included ! Once u get here you don't need a vehicle . The check in and check out was easy and the owners bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable! You won't want to leave ! And we will keep coming back! Beautiful condo....beautiful view
The Stangl’s condo was like new and had everything we needed for vacation with our friends. A breathtaking view met you as you opened the door and the warm breeze on the screened in porch was relaxing. They were kind enough to have all the basics from hair dryers to beach towels to laundry detergent...all we needed were groceries! The area was very quiet and convenient to several activities and restaurants. The view from the warm ocean side pool was amazing and so close to the ocean! Thanks for making your condo such a memorable place to stay!
