Marathon key is also about midway in the keys so it straddles the best of the keys. We could not have enjoyed the location more, especially that it felt quiet and tucked away. The condo itself was charming and very clean with beautiful views. We are a family of 6 and we stayed quite comfortably. The host was gracious and responsive when a couple of unrelated issues popped up and even left a gift card for key like pie, which was assuredly the best we had ever tasted. The location of this villa had great views of the canal and the plunge pool was a great feature! I spent a couple of days on the backyard patio as my family was fishing and couldn't be happier. Megan was a very nice host and we had zero issues with our accommodation and loved how easy it was to get to the marina and all the fun things to do in Marathon. The small bathroom downstairs was a great addition that sets this unit apart from the others in the complex. The host was very responsive when we needed anything.
