« Lots of outdoor space and beds / bedrooms. Common area inside is a little tight for large groups but lots of seating on both decks and poolside. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The mini fridge at the wet bar helped with trips from upstairs to the grill. Close to harris teeter and food lion. »

« Our family of 4 enjoyed a quiet time in the outer banks at this lovely beach house. November isn't exactly the time most folks visit the beach, but we've spent most of our lives in the far north, so the "chilly weather" didn't prevent us from enjoying kayaking in the inner channels and viewing the sunset from the crow's nest. We found the kitchen very adequate; we were able to cook a lovely thanksgiving dinner and ate quite well the entire time. We packed all our needs/food for the weekend so...

« Perfectly simple. Everything one might need for a beach getaway. Kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath all well appointed and comfy cozy. TV in living room has a great sound bar that served as a wonderful Bluetooth speaker, and another massive TV in the bedroom for lazing around if you catch a bit of bad weather. Great little deck out front with views to the North, East and South, and if you catch a clear night, the heavens above. Star-filled skies that will astound. »

« Property was simple and clean. Pool and hot tub were a huge plus and in excellent condition. Location was great as it's a short bike ride to Food Lion and several ice cream shops. Neighborhood is quiet. Only negative is they wouldn't let us check in before 4 pm even though was no one there the day prior. With us arriving to town around noon it would have been nice to be able to get to the house even 2 hours earlier in order for us to get settled in. Also wouldn't let us check out an hour later...

« This home is cozy, the furniture & beds were very comfortable. The house was clean & kitchen has everything you would need to cook ‘at home’ for the week away. The pool was perfect size for relaxing & the hot tub lulled our sore muscles from exploring the local and historic culture! The house provided dog bowls for water, and a few places for him to roam & soak in the sunshine. Having the washer & Dryer there was very convenient and made packing much more manageable. »

« Really nice property, only reason I did not rate excellent for all is that they are on the tail end of renovating the property. The only negative is that the main doors are not locked and anyone can walk in, it appears they have it set up for key cards to be swiped to enter but during my stay, I never had to use as the doors were always unlocked an open, which I did not like.Other than that, it is a very nice place to stay and has great amenities available. »
