We have been visiting Las Hadas for 10 years. It is a great place to stay and they have recently hired some wonderful staff. Everything was very clean and their attention to our needs were met. A great stay with beautiful views. We traveled with our kids and had no problems getting around. Parking is great.

We loved that it was not crowded at all. My husband has a hard time walking and it was so easy to call the cart to take you anywhere you wanted to go. The view is wonderful and the service was over the top. The food could be better. Even at the finer restaurants the steaks were tough and overcooked. The concierge is only there a couple hours, a few days a week so getting reservations was not an easy task.

I am so so glad that we booked this resort! We have been all over to the big resorts in the main areas of Mexico, so I wasn’t sure what to really expect! The reviews were great (except for a few, which always leaves me second guessing), but I could not have been happier with the entire experience! It beyond exceeded my expectations. The staff was so friendly and helpful and went out of their way for us. The rooms and entire resort was practically immaculate! The beds were heavenly! We went during the week and it was so relaxing and quiet. It did get busier on the weekend, but overall, we absolutely loved this resort and will definitely be back!
