Welcome to our lakeside retreat in Many, LA, the best fishing around in the Toledo Bend Reservoir. Seconds away from the Texas line. See all the close attractions are things near by below in "Other details to Note". Each room boasts mesmerizing lake views, and every bedroom features a private bathroom with towels and linens. Enjoy culinary delights with a gas-burning cooktop, double ovens, and the convenience of a laundry room. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace or savor the lakeside breeze on the wrap-around deck with outdoor seating. Take advantage of the huge open space for entertaining the family, playing checkers at the table, or just watching TV. Outdoors is where the fun begins; bring your own boat and park it in the boat launch or jet skis. Take the two kayaks out or hang around on the hammock. BBQ outside for the family, sunbathe on the floating dock, fish off the wharf, or even bring a camper with plenty of parking available. Your perfect lakeside escape awaits!

Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there's an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! You will have the place to yourself which allows you more privacy and convenience.

1. Quiet Hours of 11pm - 8am
2. MUST BE age 21 or older to book.
3. Please No indoor smoking of vape, cigarettes, or illegal drugs.
4. No parties or events (If guest breaks house rules and throws a party or event, guest will be liable and have to pay a mandatory extra $35 dollars per person over the allowed amount of people & asked to vacate premises.)
5. Late checkouts must be approved. If not approved:

After one hour late checkout you will be responsible for a $50 mandatory unauthorized fee
After two hour late checkout you will be responsible for that whole day's base rate without discounts (this does not award you access to the property for the day, this is just a fee.)

If smell of odor of smoke indoors or caught smoking indoors you will be responsible for a $200 fee (this is out of respect of my home and of my next guest).

BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

LAKE AND SWIMMING WARNING: The home is surrounded by water please make sure children remain away from the water unless accompanied by an adult. Swimming in the water or using the kayaks will be at guests own risk and will hold us harmless. Please be safe around the water and on the piers especially with children.

BUGS AND WILDLIFE INFO: Our place is located in a hot and humid environment that may include seeing wildlife, including the creepy crawly kind. Depending on the time of the year and weather conditions, Guests may encounter lizards, mosquitoes, bees, gnats, moths, lovebugs, ants, spiders, beetles, roaches, ladybugs, etc. While we do utilize regular pest control services, we are unable to offer any guarantee against or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside. We do our best to prevent infestations and guests can help by keeping doors closed and disposing of trash and storing food in a responsible manner.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
