DIFY Berlioz - Charpennes

You will stay in our beautiful apartment, typically Lyonnais. It was designed and decorated by a renowned architect. It has been designed to provide you with all the comfort you need during your stay.
The apartment is located at the foot of the Charpennes metro (Line A and B) to access the Presqu\'il in 5 minutes and the Part Dieu station in 3 minutes. You will be a few minutes away from the Brotteaux district to enjoy the Lyonnaise life.
Every detail counts, comfortable bedding, linen and towels, hair dryer etc. Enjoy!
This fully equipped apartment can accommodate up to 6 people (two bedrooms equipped with a queen size bed (160x200) and a double bed (140x200) as well as a very comfortable double sofa bed). You will have the apartment in its entirety and will be free to use all the equipment. Equipped kitchen, coffee machine, unlimited internet (fiber optic) washing machine and much more. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building.
The apartment is entirely for you! The apartment is very well insulated for your greater comfort.
The cleaning fees include the cleaning on your arrival and after your departure, as well as the household linen and towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.

Check-in to the apartment is autonomous from 5pm. An early check-in option at 2pm is possible for an additional fee of +€20.

On your departure, please return the accommodation as you found it on your arrival.
The cleaning fees will be charged a second time in case of non-compliance with the departure time limit.

amélioration de la procédure d'arrivée
Je suis partie de chez moi à 10H. Ce n'est qu'à 12h que j'ai reçu sur mon ordinateur (resté chez moi) les précisions d'arrivée donc bien trop tard. Arrivée à 17 devant le logement impossible d'entrer. Le N° de tél noté sur la résa est sur messagerie. Bref la galère de près d'1 H pour enfin accéder à l'intérieur. Il serait judicieux d'envoyer les consignes par texto tout le monde n'a pas internet sur son téleéphone.

Pied à terre sympa près du métro Charpennes
Appartement sympa, calme bien qu’en rdc, et refait à neuf. En revanche, le canapé lit est à peine pour 1 personne tellement il est étroit et penche une fois déplié. Pas de poubelles de salle de bain, pas de café d’avance (noté dans le descriptif), et absence de souplesse ou de conseil sur les heures de départ et d’arrivée. En dehors de ces éléments, bon séjour.

Well laid out two bedroom unit with space for dining an watching TV. Location is close to metro, grocery, pharmacy and a nice market on Sunday.
