"We picked this place because it was 5 minutes from our son's house. It is a very nice basement apartment. Spacious kitchen and a cozy fireplace. Two things that would take away from the stay were not being able to control the heat and the footsteps of the occupants upstairs. But, you would have the same in a condo or apartment rental. The house is in very quiet neighborhood, which we loved. Most likely would stay again. "

And the basic kitchen with a full-size fridge made bringing our own food so much easier. Where the room lacked was in lighting. It was like walking around in candlelight or a dim casino. The rest of the room was equally dated--cracks in counters, dog-chewed moulding. But the bathroom was spacious and the shower was hot. I would remind those considering...

"I loved the room i was in it slept 4 people and had a bedroom the bathroom was nice i like that the dispensers provided all the necessities soap shampoo conditioner and lotion there was also a kitchenette in my room and it was an affordable price "
