She's really made this very cute and cozy. I was able to take my dog. The A/C unit worked great in August. There is a cool water purification system that I appreciated. Lots of extra goodies. I also liked that there was a carport as I had a lot of stuff in my car. Finally, I forgot a pair of reading glasses and she offered to send them to me!Con: My only main con was that I was a single lady with a dog, and just passing through town on a road trip. There isn't a door that goes directly to the backyard, so at night it was a little creepy to go out the door and have to open a gate for your dog to go into the backyard, when it's so dark. Although it is only 10-12 minutes off of I80, the little town of Lyman is quiet and peaceful and easy to access. We arrived after dark and enjoyed the morning views of snow capped mountains in the distance and the lovely ranching landscape. Our hostess Kristie was very responsive. The check in was very easy and communication was always prompt. The place was just like in the pictures and was very clean and well kept. The place was very relaxing and comfortable, it made it feel more like a home instead of a travel lodging. The location was ideal for my needs. My plans changed at the last minute and I needed an extra night's stay, I contacted the host to see if it was available and she said it was, she even took care of adding the extra day to my stay.
