« Everthing was as described in the listing except the hot tub. That did not look like they switch out the water as often as described unless there is metal in their water that gives it the tint. There was also sand in bottom. We only went in it once. We also had trouble figuring out the arcade. Other than that it was a great time. »

« We enjoyed our stay with a large gathering of friends and their families. The house was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna, as well the outdoor firepit and fishing in the pond. We also enjoyed the proximity to hiking and river rafting (which was kid-friendly). After the kids went to bed, the large dining area/ sun room provided a great space to socialize without having to worry about noise disturbing those who were sleeping. « Beautiful Location for a secluded anniversary weekend. The house was well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. The wooded property was amazing, and we loved the trail to a deck overlooking over the Delaware. Even though it was a chilly weekend we still spent a lot of time sitting on the deck and watching the eagles. Hope to visit again soon. »

« We were looking for a quite get away and this fit the bill. Quiet area, especially since it looks like we booked just off season. The place was clean and well maintained. Communication was easy and he even let us know of an issue with the dishwasher beforehand, offering up free fire wood for the inconvenience! Overall an excellent 4 days »

« We stayed for Labor Day weekend as a family of four. We found the home to be excellent location, quiet, and serene. There is a view of the lake from the front porch. It is a bit rustic, but that is what we were looking for. »

« This is a neat little cozy spot near the Delaware Water Gap. My friends and I had a great time enjoying the quiet and the beautiful nature that surrounds the house. There is reliable wifi and decent cell service, and there were plenty of people around so we still felt safe. We were not accustomed to certain practices however, so be prepared. In order to access the lake, you need to have amenity badges, which was not clear to us until after we arrived (we booked understanding that amenity badges...
