« Our family of four adults had a very nice stay, while we were in the area visiting relatives for a week during the winter. The house was very comfortable and roomy. The kitchen was large, well stocked, with a good size table and bright lighting. The living room had lots of comfortable seating. Both bathrooms were good sized. The large garage looked like it was well stocked for summer fun. The owners had the house nicely decorated, and the driveway was clear of snow. »

« I don’t feel that they were prepared for summmer went June 19 and no pool. The spa was ready , the volleyball court wasn’t cleared . There was no was clothes or hand towels, no dish towels. One smoke detector and had to call for battery, which they came quickly. There’s lots of sleeping arrangements but not really room for much more. We still had a good time but wish they put a little more effort into the place. »

« The Lake House was the perfect place to welcome the year’s first snowfall. The property is well maintained and the house was lovely. Wally welcomed us on our first day and we immediately felt comfortable as he gave us some great pointers and recommendations. « Easy check in, clean home, all the amenities, and close to fantastic restaurants. We needed a place fast to deal with a family emergency and the Engels' beautiful little home was everything we could have hoped for. The fenced in back yard is perfect and the host even left dog toys for the fur kids to play with.Definitely will look for this place again the next time we're in Michigan! »
