New exterior paint accents the black framed windows. Quaint new front porch railing and a new Trex deck out back are a perfect blend of old and new.

The interior has been completely renovated. Everything is new. Tastefully appointed with Kentucky-inspired decor and furnished with comfort in mind, you will find peace and quiet with all the modern amenities at your finger tips... Alexa, high speed internet/wifi, full-size laundry, YouTubeTV, and more.

Coming to Louisville for work? Need a combination of a quiet environment but easy access to interchanges? This was our second long-term rental at this wonderful remodeled and updated house tucked away in a beautiful, secluded neighborhood. Everything was just as we left it almost a year ago, thankfully, because that 30-day stay was perfect! The property description is 100% accurate and even downplays the amenities and features, including special decorating touches that truly make it feel like a home away from home. Owner Matthew was again welcoming and super responsive. He has a gift for professional hospitality! We feel like friends, and hope to return again soon when we visit our family in Louisville.

A natural beauty
Hummingbird was our first Vrbo rental. It was a truly wonderful experience, exactly as described and even better in many ways. For thirty days we lived in this beautiful, wooded and quiet neighborhood, explored the area and learned more about what it means to be "Louisvillians". Our hosts were the best, always there and ready to assist with anything we needed. After just a short while we felt more like neighbors than guests! We really hated to leave but will look forward to the next chance we have to visit again from Tucson - it's a perfect way to escape the desert in summer.

Exactly what we were looking for in Louisville. The neighborhood was so cute and good location. We were at a event at KICC all weekend and the location of the property was perfect, just enough out of the city but still close enough. It was so clean and welcoming. We had a great time and the house was very cute and perfect for our group of 4! There were a Few things we all talked about - the furniture was not the most comfortable for lounging and the chairs at the kitchen table were not comfortable to sit in for an extended time. The walkways were not the easiest to walk on. With all of that it was a super cute house and we had a great stay - great communication with the owner! We would not hestitate to stay there again.

We had a great time at this property - it's like a private retreat. Perfect for a fall getaway as it's surrounded by mature trees and has porches on both the front and back to enjoy your surroundings. House has everything you will need and things are intuitively organized and well-labeled.
