Fantastic short-term rental experience
Three adults rented this home during our week-long stay in Long Beach for a conference. I am so grateful for our time at the property, both for the amenities as well as the attentive but non-intrusive hospitality of our host, Al. While we could walk to the Conference Center, 30 min. was on the longish side and in the heat, we found it easier to use ride shares. Even with added transportation costs, we paid less for a week in a house than we might have paid for a single hotel room closer to the Conference Center, with added opportunities to meet neighbors and get a feel for the character of the city. Al, who is the property owner, is a gracious host who set the tone from the outset, but the hospitality extended across the community, from the owners of A & B Market next door, to Rose Park Roasters down the street, to the warm welcome and tasty tacos served at Mamy's Place. We deeply appreciate our time at this property and recommend it highly! Thank you, Al!
