The deposit is fully refundable, provided the home is left in the same condition as upon check-in. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and quality for your stay and for future guests.

Booking this home implies agreement with the house rules. Guests assume liability for any personal injuries during their stay and acknowledge that the host is not responsible for items left behind. Guests also agree to team entry with 12 hours' notice for necessary maintenance. We expect bookings to be made in good faith and discourage attempts to harm the host's business due to dissatisfaction.
