Indoor and outdoor dinning is available with a full kitchen and an outdoor grill. Perfectly located in the heart of Sherman Oaks where you are close to Universal Studios, Ventura Blvd Shops and Restaurants, minutes to Hollywood and more.

Excelent Home!!!
Host was great with communication and offering airport pickup if needed. The home was very clean and spacious. Bathrooms nice, clean and modern. Really loved the room with access to the pool. Swimming pool was fun, had lots of toys for the kids to play with. Overall, we were really satin with our stay. Definitely recommend it.

Communication with the Host was phenomenal. The Host responded very quickly and was very professional. The pool was a hit with the kids and it was very clean. All the rooms were spacious and comfortable. If we are ever in the area again, we would book another stay!

Suzanna is a gem!
Another property booked on Vrbo cancelled last minute and I got in contact with Suzanna. She was an absolute angel to work with and got me and my group accommodated at her beautiful property last minute. The property is modern and everything works like a charm. The pool is amazing and I would definitely recommend purchasing the fee for the heated pool because it is so worth it. No complaints, book this!

Beautiful home with a great yard and amazing heated pool
My friends and I loved staying here. We didn’t pay for the pool to be heated but it was heated from the night before our stay and was still very hot the first night we were there. It was so nice. I would definitely stay here again and next time I would pay for the heated pool.

We had a great 3 day vacation in this gorgeous house!
We rented this house for a couple of days and everything was perfect. The house was very comfortable itself. The house had all the necessities so you don’t have to get your belongings. The area is in a good place where every store is nearby and its quiet neighborhood. We had a great short vacation thankful to the host who responded to our questions very quickly!

Great place to stay
I decided to visit LA on very short notice, and host was able to accommodate me immediately. I have had problems with communication in the past with other hosts, but not here. I was able to book within 24 hours and every thing was great from the first message that I sent. Check in process was smooth, and all amenities matched the photos. My stay was great and for a quick weekend trip with friends or family I definitely recommend. Everything 10/10x
