"We booked this property several days in advance for our honeymoon. Unfortunately my wife ended up getting sick enough to go to the hospital. We informed the hotel as soon as we found out we would be cutting our trip short, and provided hospital visit verification. We politely simply asked for a refund, which was denied. Not diminishing the property (it looks beautiful and we wished we could see it) but giving low rating due to compassion for our circumstance. "
