"The hotel location was off a busy street but set back a little from the road that the noise was very light. The area in general seemed safe, we went for a stroll during the day in the residential area close by and felt very safe. There are plenty of fast food restaurants in walking distance but for more high end dining and sightseeing downtown would be the best option which was approx 10mins from hotel. We took an uber which was about $15 each way. Overall a good location."

"My room was heaven, the best bed and pillows ever. Shower head was a dream. I loved the nespresso in the room and the fridge (which is rare in a fancier hotel- as a business traveler I appreciate having a place to put my yogurt or protein shake). Wish the gym was larger- surprised it wasn't. Theres no free space to put a mat down without getting stepped on. Two down sides: the staff could not explain whether I was going to be charged the $40 Urban Experience Fee listed on their website or not- even after I showed her on check in their own website. Second, the window shades are all automatic... but incredibly glitchy. I had to get them serviced twice in 3 nights. Overall I'd come again in a heartbeat"
