The serene primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a beautifully presented blue and white ensuite, with twin vanity sinks and a large rainfall shower. The second bedroom offers a snug single bed and benefits from a chic white-tiled ensuite with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom, with access to a monochrome bathroom, calms with soothing green tones and houses two single beds, each within its own nook. Up to two further guests can be accommodated on a comfortable sofa bed in the delightful apricot-hued office space. Fifteen minutes north of Nevern Square X lie the bohemian delights of Notting Hill. - This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, and may accept pets on request. Please contact a sales team member for more information.
- This home is spread over two levels with no internal elevator.
- The master and second bedroom are on the lower-ground floor.
- The entrance to this home is on the ground floor, however there are several steps up from the street.
- There is scaffolding up on the building opposite this home.
- There are renovations taking place in the basement flat next door to this home. Some noise can be heard during normal working hours.
- The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
- There is limited storage in the third bedroom.
- There is a sofa bed in the study at the back of the garden. It can sleep two people but may be more comfortable for one. There is no bathroom and does not have any storage.
- The stairs in this home are steep and may not be suitable for toddlers or those with mobility issues.
- The third bedroom features a hidden sliding door that divides the room into two.
