Light pours through into the house's striking open front hall space, with striking dark oak antique furniture, white walls and curios. Interesting art lines the hallway leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms in a side wing.
The calming main bedroom has a super-comfy bed and white linen, and you can see that garden view through the window. The twin room has crisp white sheets, down duvets and pillows and home-knitted throws with striking colours. Children adore this space with their own little writing desk and nick-naks. Two bathrooms are sparkling and modern - both with deep baths for soaks and dreaming. In the opposite wing is the living room - there's a fire to warm up in front of and a smart TV and books and games to keep everyone entertained. The garden window is the best seat in the house. The country kitchen is sleek and easy to work in and there's a dining room next door to gather in. Brimming with atmosphere, the 200-year-old Anglesey Welsh dresser and a Llanrwst grandfather clock, cricket table and a glass display cupboard filled with Welsh souvenirs and dolls will mesmerise you.

This is the place to come if you want to paint, write, enjoy nature and the wildlife (not wild living). Or simply to be alone and to be moved by the past and peace.
