« It was a cute little older home. With nice updates on the inside. They are definitly doing work to the exterior. In the description it said there was a grill. Which there was unfortunately there was so many large black trash bags you could not get to it. The first step at the side walk was broken. And the railing inaide was very loose. « We truly enjoyed our weekend at The Pine Tree. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and convenient. It was well appointed and provided all we needed to feel at home while away from home. We loved that our host stocked the kitchen with basic spices as well as coffee and tea. It was a quick and easy drive to SUNY Cortland. We hope to return to the Pine Tree in the near future. »

« We have family in Johnson City, and this was a perfect location for us!! We loved staying in this beautiful home. The owners have done an excellent job renovating and renovating with creativity!! Every decoration in this house was chosen with care. We had everything we needed, including hand soap and filtered water! Both much appreciated. « We enjoyed the nice covered porch, being able to enjoy the outdoors with a nice breeze and a couple views of deer in the fields. The outdoor picnic table by the fire ring was nice for grilling and making s’mores. Inside, the air conditioning was a nice retreat from the 90* heat during the day. We went swimming at Dorchester park but it was cut short due to thunderstorms in the area. I’m already looking forward to coming back again soon. Thanks for sharing this cottage with us. »

« our family enjoyed staying at the house. it was convenient to shops and activities we needed to be at. The only thing I would recommend is putting curtains or miniblinds on the windows. Other than that, our family loved the home and will be returning soon. »

« We stayed over a Lumberyard baseball tournament weekend. Beautiful views and this updated condo was perfect for our family with a great TV room, nice kitchen with breakfast bar, and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed being close to Hope Lake Lodge and eating at Carver’s steakhouse and picking up pizza to bring home at Greek Peak. Short drive to Gutchess Baseball fields and close to downtown Cortland. Will stay again! »

« A weekend get away for two that was so peaceful and quiet. The cottage was beautiful, clean, spacious. Pictures do not do it justice at all! You are in the woods, but close to other areas for shopping and food if you’d like. We brought food and stayed at the cabin. Host Diana was so nice and really answered all the questions we had prior to arriving. I would book again and plan to do so this fall! »
