Very beautiful hotel close to city center. Friendly staff, I would certainly recommend it. One thing that is missing is a small bar in the hotel, but more than enough wine bars en nice places in the neighbourhood of the hotel

The hotel has a cosy vibe, which we enjoyed. Location is good with easy access to many attractions, a lot to explore within walking distance. Breakfast was very good and well presented, everywhere was very clean, staff were very helpful. Would certainly recommend for a short break stay. Would advice anyone with mobility issues to check if suitable as a few steps to negotiate.

My husband and I spend a week in Lisbonne. It was our first time in Portugal. I want to thanks the employees and honors for attentions they are provided to us. Each breakfast we took was healthy and delicious. This hotel is very cosy and nice. Also, we want to thanks Tessa at the reception and the driver Mr. Gançalo for the kindness and patience. That’s made a huge difference.

While I didn’t love the no food in the room rule as a single traveller for times I didn’t feel up to dinner alone in a restaurant, the location was convenient and easy to navigate, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was yummy and staff were friendly.

This is a lovely hotel with incredibly helpful staff - all rooms and public areas are maintained to a high standard and look superb. We were made to feel very welcome and the staff are all super-attentive. Breakfast is excellent at the hotel but there are many good places to eat all around the hotel, and transport includes a regular small public bus that stops just outside the hotel. It links you to a great range of transport opportunities across the city. We would definitely stay here again!
