(When planning your visit, please note that Lincoln City has very strict parking regulations, and does not allow on-street parking anywhere in the city. This home has garage and driveway space for up to five vehicles.) This home is located in a quiet neighborhood on the north end of Lincoln City, within walking distance of the beach and the Chinook Winds Casino. Slip on your sunglasses and stroll over to the ocean, where you can fly a kite in the breeze, dip your toes in the surf, or lie down in the dunes with a good book. A variety of restaurants and grocery stores are just a few blocks away, and Lincoln City's quaint downtown is easily accessible within a short drive.

With four bedrooms, two living rooms, and two decks to enjoy, this home allows your whole group to stay together while still providing plenty of personal space. Nice house poor communication with Vacasa
We enjoyed our stay however we communicated with property manager several times regarding issues with the gas fireplaces and one of the tvs. While they were quick to acknowledge my requests there was no follow up on how to use the main living room tv. Also both gas fireplaces were inoperable and we were unable to use them during our stay. There was no book with guidance on how to use the gas fireplaces or the tvs in the house. They responded that someone would reach out and asked for contact and phone number which I provided. There was no further contact on the issues. I asked a second time but no one contacted me. Overall it was a decent place. Lots of bedrooms and baths. The kitchen is an awkward layout and narrow, but we made it work.

Nice place, fun time
Overall this property was as shown, spacious and it worked well for us. It did feel a little “worn” and could use a good, deep cleaning and maybe some updates. Neither fireplace worked and area rugs could use a cleaning or replacement. But it served its purpose for our family gathering and we had a great time.

We found it
This home was lovely right across from the beach! It was better than the photos and had tons of space. I took the kids for a few days as we were in town for college graduation in Salem and this place did not disappoint. We were so close to everything and with this being the first time my younger children and myself went anywhere but where we lived we found a ton of things to do. The tide pools were beautiful and the home is within distance of everything eating out, grocery shopping, outlets, and of course the beach. The house is set up beautifully and there was enough space so we weren’t crowding each other but when we played cards or just sat out on the deck all together we still had tons of space. One of my favorite things about the house is the big table in the kitchen with an ocean view, we were able to eat a meal or play games all while enjoying the beautiful view. Thank you for sharing your home with my family and myself we would love to come back.

Cozy beach house
The views from this house are stunning. Especially on the top floor. Stairs from bottom level to second floor are very steep and unsafe for people who have issues with mobility. There was plenty of room for our party of seven.

Very Nice Stay
The house is wonderful. We enjoyed the facilities and the location. We could not find the basement door at first though. When we did it ended up being a wonderful and secluded room with bathroom...one of the best rooms in the house. I would recommend this house for a larger groups.

The size of the property fit well with our group. The view from the second floor was great. The decks were a little awkward for our number of people. There were 10 of us total. Beach access wasn't quite as simple as walking across the street but that really wasn't a big deal. Th main power breaker was off when we got there so that took a little investigation to get the power on. There were towels and sheets left in the washer. One of the refrigerators wasn't working but there were two more so it wasn't a huge deal. Overall it could use a little TLC but nothing to really complain about. We had a good time.

it was what we expected. More bedrooms than we thought. broken mirror on closet door/ fireplaces non working which is ok but did not know in advance. Puzzle pieces under chairs. would take off 1/2 point for these giving 4.5 stars. Location terrific and lots of space.

House could be amazing.
House was overall okay for clean, but clearly not deep cleaned or any detailed clean in sometime. Carpet was stained, furniture had food particles and upstairs drapes were very dirty and stained. Furniture on front patio unsafe and very rusted. Both Grills were unclean, we did not even use. Some small things and this place would be terrific. Side of house decking has loose board. I think will some improvements and or cleaning regimen it would be an amazing property to stay at again.

This is a very nice beach type property with lots of room and nice furnishings.
I would caution parents of toddlers that there are several areas of concern, the stairs, the brick hearth are the two we were most concerned about. Other then that its a great beach house that fits a lot of people. Kitchen is very small and not well stocked with pots and pans of working appliances but overall house is very nice.

Family Christmas Vacation
The upstairs looks out onto the oregon coast. Waking up everyday and looking out the window sitting from the couch was mesmerizing! The kitchen is cute and cozy. With all utensils needed just within perfect reach. The setups in every bedroom and living room feel so comfortable. It really is your home away from home. I would only suggest that it could use a little more lighting in the kitchen. But we still got around just fine. And our total experience was wonderful.

I loved it and especially how clean everything was. The view was really perfect and we enjoyed it. We never cooked in the house so when we left except for changing the sheets everything was left clean as we found it. One of our ladies had complains about shower mats but they were delivered to us.

Great for a large group
We maxed the place out with 14 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is a little small but we made it work. Beach access is just a short walk down the street.

The location was great, house really cute. The house was very dirty, like it was not cleaned well at all. Dirty floors, dirty under beds, dirty kitchen. Not a good table to eat on for a rental, you could not wipe the table and food was in all the cracks. There was remodeling going on and it was never disclosed. There was some false advertising one of the rooms in the picture online showed laundry and a pull out couch for sleeping. The room had queen bunk beds. It also stated online there were two pull out couches for sleeping and there were none. One of the pictures showed a king round bed, no round bed was there. We really enjoyed our stay, just think a few things should be taken care of.

Larger home for large groups
Check-in & Check-out experience minimum. Had problems with the lock box and could only access through garage door. No instructions for expectations for check out. Information on operation of fireplace in living room not available, no toilet plunger for plugged toilet available. Did have to request maintenance assist... his arrival was prompt after going through main office who in turn notified him. Difficult to find where to seek help when a problem such as plugged toilet occurred. House was misrepresented in listing. We rented with the idea there were 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and parking for 5 cars. Turned out there were only 3 bathrooms and 4 parking spaces. One guest had to park at a friends home and we had to shuttle her back and forth. We talk to the maintenance fella... ...he agreed it was advertised wrong. Interestingly enough, the listing changed the next day. So we paid for something we didn't get. Coffee Table in downstairs living room dangerous especially for children. One guest actually cut her leg on the chipped glass corner. Best sleeping arrangements we have had in a long time.... kitchen quite small but workable and very well furnished, living area nice for group gatherings. Have already completed one survey and there was no response regarding our concerns. Based on this, the best we can say is our stay at this house was adequate. Nothing great and nothing that impressed us enough to warrant future Homaway experiences.

fantastic view
this was the second time we have stayed in this home, third time for one of my daughters. Home is beautifully appointed with comfortable beds. Stairs are a bit of a problem for me but family takes care of me. I find it so very comfortable and yes it feels like home.
