« This place had all of the convenience of home and then some. Beautiful sun room that overlooks the pool area and river. Our stay was short so we did not get a chance to use the hot tub but it was sanitized and ready to go. Very nice neighborhood. Kevin was very quick to respond and super accommodating. We would highly recommend this property. »

« We rented a 2 bedroom apartment, and it was very spacious. The location was also great, with dining options close by. It was very quiet and we felt safe the entire time. The only issue we had was the water pressure was very low in the showers. The cleanliness was ok, the refrigerator was a bit dirty and there was hair on the sheets in the beds. The washing machine also didnt work while we were there, but they were very fast in assisting us. Overall I would definitely stay there again. »

« Do yourself a favor and rent this house. We picked the location because we had people flying in from all over the country and Charlotte was direct. We hit the jackpot on this house. The location was perfect and the owner so easy to work with. There was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. I would like to come back in the summer and stay in this house again! »

« Wonderful property in a quiet, safe neighborhood within 10 minutes of almost everything in Winston-Salem. Good walking area (albeit hilly). Home was recently renovated with a very nice kitchen and bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. Owner has stocked almost every amenity under the sun from K-Cups with creamer, sugar and Sweet and Low to wrapped toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Frequent travelers will even appreciate the high quality of the toilet paper...
