Our charming, modern furnished room for 2 persons with a spacious bathroom, private balcony and stunning panoramic views of the Alps invites you cordially.

The room has a private entrance and is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, cooker, coffee machine, kettle, crockery for 2 persons ...), a dining area and a double bed. Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, weekly fresh linen and towels (for 2 people), and a parking space are included in the price. Bicycles / skis can be placed on prior request.

The accommodation is located next to our apartment. It is completely self-sufficient, privacy is guaranteed.

Our apartment is located in Unterzeil, a district of the large district town of Leutkirch im Allgäu (7km away). Gastronomy, supermarkets and shopping are plentiful there. Both the historic old town and the small shopping mile "Bahnhofsarkaden" invite you to visit. In addition, Unterzeil is very close to the A96 (about 4 km). You can reach it thus from all directions comfortably and are also during the stay quickly in z. B. Munich (1.5 hours) or Lake Constance (35 minutes). The newly built CenterParcs Allgäu, with a large water park and much more, can be reached in just 15 minutes. At the sports airfield in Unterzeil you can book scenic flights or experience a parachute jump.

Immediately "in front of the room door" lies the Zeiler Schlossberg. In a few minutes you can walk on a path through the adjacent forest, the lovingly kept in shot, and by the princely family still inhabited, Zeil Castle with its large park. A circular walk around the castle invites you for a walk. Discover z. You can admire the baroque castle church or simply enjoy the incomparable flair of the imposing scenery.

If you get hungry or thirsty, Schloss-Gasthof "Zum Grünen Baum" offers you a wide selection of regional food and drinks.

Mountain bikers also get their money's worth in Leutkirch. Whether you start right outside the front door, or go by car to a tour is up to you. There are tours in different levels of difficulty so everyone can get their money's worth.

For winter sports enthusiasts, our region is also recommended. Ski lifts are in short to moderate driving time (about 0.5 - 1.5 hours. Directions) easily accessible. Cross-country skiers can even get to skate and classic trails in just a few minutes (about 15 minutes). With good snow conditions, you can even climb to a classic trail in about 200 meters from the property.

Our Allgäu is such a versatile destination that guaranteed something for everyone.
