« We spent 2 nights at Serafina celebrating a special birthday as a family. The hot tub was a big part of why we chose this property, but it proved to be just perfect in other ways too. The welcome, the quiet location, the immaculate and tastefully decorated property and the easy access to Leominster & Hereford were all great features. « A lovely 3 night Stay in Hay on Wye. The cottage is stunning and so well located for browsing the shops, the sights and the castle and perfect to pop back and forth if needed. Very central but also very peaceful. Communication from Sue was amazing and she was really accommodating and generous throughout our stay. I would book here again in a heartbeat. »

« Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable.
