The Space:
Welcome to The House on the Hill! Located just one mile outside of the Asheville city limits, this home was built in 2022 and boasts a modern design and décor. The stunning mountain views make you feel like you're miles away but you're still close to everything. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that's full of amenities. The smokeless fire pit, hot tub, and screened in porch makes the time spent outside so enjoyable! Less than 15 mins to W. AVL, River Arts District, and Downtown; 20 mins to Biltmore and Mission Hospital.

The first floor has an open design and tons of natural light. A seated countertop bar separates the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with new stainless steel appliances and every utensil you'll need to cook a meal as you would if you were home. The gas range and stove makes cooking a breeze! There's plenty of glassware, silverware, and dishes to accommodate you and your guests. Wake up in the morning with a fresh pot of coffee or tea, or feel free to go to one of the great breakfast/brunch restaurants right down the road. The living room comes equipped with a 65' smart tv and a fireplace to warm you up in the winter months. The sliding glass door opens directly to the screened in porch. Enjoy a seat on the outdoor sectional while taking in the scenery. There's a 50 inch tv mounted outside to make sure you don't miss a moment of the big game or your favorite show. The dining room table seats six with additional seating at the countertop. There is a half bathroom located beside the dining room for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a modern yet rustic and cozy feel. Relax and enjoy a movie on the 40 inch smart tv while laying on the king sized memory foam mattress. All furniture in the master bedroom was locally sourced and refinished by local furniture makers and artists! The heated floor in the master bathroom is so soothing after a hot shower!

On the second floor you'll find two additional bedrooms with queen beds and a bedroom/office with a daybed and trundle. Each bed comes equipped with a memory foam mattress to help provide a great night's sleep. Plenty of closet storage and additional shelving for additional items you don't want to hang. The second full bathroom is located at the end of the hallway upstairs and has a granite dual vanity. The washer and dryer are also located upstairs and available to use at your convenience.

Well behaved dogs are allowed. Please be sure to let them out on the lot to the left of the house (left if you're facing the front of the house) and pick up after them once they're done. We love our house and are sure you'll love it just as much as we do. We're looking forward to hosting you!!!
