And yet it was hidden away so that it was peaceful at night. (With the exception of one night that the person in the apartment above paced the floor all night.) I would definitely stay there again."

"The good parts, Very historic apartment, great location, restaurants, close to the tram. Don't plan on getting a rental car or large taxi close. We carried luggage several blocks and then down the 500 year old stairs. Good part is that they provided parking ramp access 500 meters away. Our checkin was difficult. Miscommunication and not not very patient, leave it at that. It was well equiped and very clean."

"My wife and I had a lovely stay at the flat in St Medard en Jalles. The owner, Sylvie, was very helpful and friendly explaining to us about the locality and giving advice on things to do. The flat itself had all modern conveniences and was very clean and well maintained. St Medard is a little quiet, but the roads into Bordeaux and out to the seaside are good. The outdoor furniture had torn cushions. We both have Nespresso machines and we know bitter coffee means it must be descaled. The coffee was so bitter we could not use it. "Property has fantastic location. It lacks somethings like drawers to store clothes. These have to be left in cases on floor. The main problem is the fact that there is no lock on the apartment door which is unacceptable. There was an unpleasant incident when the owner knocked on door late at night complaining that we were not locking the outer door of the apartment correctly. We did not even know who this man was and he was rude and unpleasant and this upset us greatly and spoiled the whole...

The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins.
