The ultimate Las Vegas vacation awaits at this spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath and private ½ acre property. It is the perfect balance of both worlds providing a quiet getaway that is less than 5 miles from the Las Vegas strip and sports arenas! This home has something for everyone ranging from an indoor game room, private pool, gazebo, basketball court, shuffleboard, putting green and an abundance of outdoor seating to relax with family or friends!

INDOOR LIVING:
*KITCHEN: Fully equipped with dishware, flatware, cooking utensils, spices and cooking oils. Appliances: Keurig coffee maker (some K-Cups provided), Pot Coffee Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with ice maker, blender, toaster, and range.

*LIVING AREA: 2 flat-screen cable/smart TVs, Game room with pool table, ping pong table, 2 video arcade games, board games and printer.

BEDROOMS
*Master bedroom has a large king sized bed and private bathroom which includes a spacious walk-in closet, jacuzzi tub, double sinks and large walk-in shower.
*Bedrooms 2 & 3 have queen size beds while Bedroom 4 has two twin beds. Full bathroom with shower/tub and double sinks available.
*All bedrooms have ceiling fans and smart flat-screen TVs.

*LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer & Dryer, iron and ironing board.


OUTDOOR LIVING: Large private furnished backyard with plenty of seating and activities for everyone with a great view of the Las Vegas strip and mountains!

Vegas Oasis!
This place will exceed all expectations or what you think you may be getting. Beautiful property and location is good. The pool, patio area is really the centerpiece in my opinion. The master bedroom is really nice also. This will go down and one of the best business trips for me personally. Would refer "anyone" looking to stay in Las Vegas to this home.

Quiet, spacious oasis off the strip - everything clean and well stocked in the house. We had a great time - only piece of feedback is that it’s a little farther than 5min from strip - probably more like 10-20min depending on time of day and traffic. Just something to factor in for your stay. Also appreciated that the host let us check in early.

Could have been a little cleaner, lipstick on some silverware. Airport is a little annoying since they fly right over the house otherwise it was very convenient and nice to have a home rather than a hotel bill for 8 people and you get the convenience of home cooking and privacy

Maybe The Best...
We've rented between 6-7 house from VRBO this year alone. California, Colorado, Arizona, New Jersey, Texas, & Nevada. On this particular stay, we were in Vegas for the Jets / Raiders Sunday night game. It was a 3-night stay. The group consisted of my 2 brothers (42 & 48), my teenage kids (14, 16 & 16), and myself (45). Because Vegas isn't terribly conducive to teenagers we wanted a house where we could hang out for the weekend and watch football. We had such an amazing time at this house. We played a lot of basketball. A lot of ping pong and had games on in the two TV areas. The kitchen was perfect and the rooms are situated very close together and entirely upstairs. The house is very clean. The backyard is incredible. We didn't use the pool because of the weather. We will definitely start with this house the next time we need a place in Vegas. Great job on the fantastic house. Maybe the best house we've ever stayed in.

Several weeks before I call and confirmed that it was okay to have a baby shower which was approved and confirmed. I explained both sides of my son and daughter-in-law family members will be attending the baby shower, which ended at 9:00 pm, some people stayed the help clean. as people was leaving I received a call saying to get out of the house. I told people to just leave and come back the next day to pack up their belongings. When people came back the next day, again I received a call to get out. I was accused of having another party because I used the BBQ to cook for my elderly mother, disabled sister, handicapped nephew, pregnant daughter-in-law, and my grand children as people came back to help pack up from the baby shower. This is not a family friendly property, it’s more for senior citizens, who are not active. Staying in the home with myself was my elderly mother, disabled sister, handicapped nephew and pregnant daughter-in-law. However, this is the group of people who was asked the leave. The Elderly, disabled and handicapped people deserve to have fund also. I thought this would be a great place because my nephew is so appearance is somewhat unusual and people stared at him in public. He has the Elegant man disease. I thought a private place to gather would be nice so he would feel comfortable and he could get out the house! But this is why I have left the United States!

Beautiful and Spacious Home
This home was gorgeous with ample space for family and friends. Lots of things to do (swim, games) and provides options to dine in and lounge around with family or friends. The home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to lots of areas in Vegas. I would definitely stay here again!

Love the property and location. Close to the strip and airport. Able to take a day trip to Zion and be home in time to swim and go out to eat at Hell’s Kitchen. The pool and outdoor space were awesome.

Overall the house was nice. Not too far from the convention center but still away enough. Yard and house were nice. There is a bit of fwy noise but not bad. Master bed was a bit mushy. Overall recommend.

Spacious House!
This home is to easy to get to anywhere from, we loved it! The pool guy was also super nice when he came to check in on the property. Overall we'd stay again, I understand the property is super popular so a deep clean and organization of some essentials would be great, there was only one wine glass, no wine opener, and only one roll of paper towels. We gladly purchased a wine opener left at the home :) Thank you for the hospitality! The kids loved the arcade games and basketball court!
