« My father, who lives in Clearwater and thirteen others from out of town stayed together to celebrate his 80th birthday. It was wonderful to have our family eating around the big table together and hanging out in the same room watching the game. « We really enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed for a long week. Close to the beach and extremely close to food/stores like Publix. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Would recommend and will stay here in the future. »

« Great location. House had lots to offer. Only recommendation I would make is to offer an option for heated pool. The days were warm in the sun by chilly in the evening. There is a hot tub which is a nice option but we did not use it. Kitchen was very nice had lots of amenities. Including a ninja blender! It’s an older home but was very nice. »

« This property in Largo, Fla. was in a small residential neighborhood, yet close to the various beaches on Gulf Blvd., as well as restaurants, some shopping, and 2 minutes away from Publix for groceries! The home itself was very nice, extremely clean, and roomy. Additionally, they provided beach chairs, towels and beach umbrella, which was a huge plus! « We have a family of 5 and this house was perfect for our vacation! The property is located in a neighborhood away from the crazy beach life but it is close enough to the beach, restaurants and shops and an easy drive! The pool was nicely heated-only thing would be to update the pool toys-a lot were broken or had holes in them. It was not a big deal to us though. Cory was a wonderful host! If we had any questions, he would get back to us in a timely manner. Overall we had a wonderful experience...
