"I had no issues at all! From check in to the day we left everything was great! Rooms and bathroom were clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the floor in the room was dirty. Pool was awesome, my kids and family enjoyed a lot! I don’t think is fair to have to pay $29 parking fee per night when you already are paying to stay and paying an additional $49 resort fee per night. But everything else was great! We loved they had a dj with music and games for the kids close to the pool! "

"The onsite water park is fantastic for spending a leisure day. The food options are great after a long day of park hopping. The poolside bar is a great place to snag something cold & appreciate that it is open until 10pm! This will be our first choice every time we visit Orlando."

"I have stayed at Grand Villas many times and it's always an amazing experience. The property is beautiful - very clean and well maintained. The pool and other facilities are wonderful. Wanted to comment as well about one of the employees that helped me out so much during this stay. His name is Augusto Rojas. "Got in around 9am on a Saturday and surprisingly they had a room available. Upon check in they gave us 2 free breakfast buffet coupons. Staff texted me throughout our stay to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Fantastic stay and close and walking distance to Sea World and Aquatica! My son and I will definitely be back! "

"Great location just off I-4 & 192, very close to Disney. Quiet, safe, great price. Everything in room worked fine. Clean. Comfortable bed. Didn't use any of the recreational options like the pool, etc. so can't comment on those. Several restaurants within easy walking distance. Was somewhat surprised to find no coffee provided in room, though there was a coffee pot. No stove but hot plate and microwave available. Full size frig, washer & drier. Staff not especially friendly but pleasant enough....
