"We love love loved the wood burning fireplace!!! The deck overlooking the lake was sublime. The kitchen spacious. Didn’t like the tv being in the bedroom. Would prefer to have it over the fireplace. The couch was pretty basic and not comfy. There was no coffee table so we moved the daybed over to put our feet up. Lots of birds chirping. Lovely."

"I absolutely love this place. I'm from the island and did a little staycation, and I'm now forever renting from these wonderful people and staying in these cabins. A wonderful location right on the river and the coziest cabin with everything you need. The whole property is lovingly decorated with detail, and has a wonderful rustic vibe. "This house is amazing and conveniently located near malls, towns and highways. The house was clean, peaceful, relaxing and quite. There is a nice balcony where you can spend evenings listening to nature and petting nearby cats. We were happy to stay there and will return back on the next trip to Nanaimo. "These chalets are gorgeous! My teenage daughter picked this spot to celebrate her 17th birthday and I wish we stayed longer than a weekend. I highly recommend this location especially for families.
