« I should have read the reviews, the property is absolutely awful. There's standing water under the floorboards downstairs, the jacuzzi tubs haven't been maintained, the carpet is shabby, the fireplaces don't work, there's water damage that looks like mold on the ceiling above the stove. But all that is secondary to the bugs (live and dead) all over the place, and the mouse droppings found in the kitchen cabinets/drawers. « I’m really happy with the stay. The space was perfect- quaint and well equipped. The area was close to bars and Starved Rock. I’m eating clean this month, so there wasn’t a lot of food options within walking distance. However, I would’ve been excited to have a cheat meal in the neighborhood. This was my first time in Peru. I’d go back and stay here in a heartbeat. . »

« A friend and I planned a weekend of outdoor winter hiking. This was a great place to make home base. Lots of space, clean, plenty of places to eat nearby, hot water, good shower pressure, tv reception, large table, chairs on small patio, washer and dryer. We didn’t need to use all of it, but if we had a longer stay or came with our family this would accommodate everyone. »

« Overall great space. Definitely met our needs. Loved having coffee pods available. Loved being in downtown LaSalle.Had to do some deep cleaning of dishwasher and stove heating drawer. Dishwasher full of scale and needed a lot of work to clean before use. Stove drawer had obvious crumbs and grease. Front bedroom bathroom faucet did not work. Spout full of water scale and impeded faucet flow. Suggest deep cleaning every3 months. But loved the space and ambiance. »
