La maison des Grives will charm you with its tasteful decoration (new bedding and furniture) and its quiet location: it is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, facing the forest and the lake is at the end of the street, 3 minutes' walk away with its supervised beach in summer, its sailing club and a good restaurant.
>> New in May 2024: a spa has been installed outside << overlooking the forest, calm and relaxation await you! (Forbidden for under 10s).

Ideal for 1 or 2 families, the location is perfect for everyone to enjoy their holiday. With its 3 bedrooms, including a dormitory room, this house can accommodate up to 10 people.
The Grives house is ideal for families (perfectly equipped, nice outdoor space with many games/activities for young and old) and benefits from an ideal location, at the edge of the forest and 300m from the lake with its sandy beach.

The house is composed as follows:
You enter the 38 m2 living room with its lounge area with corner sofa, TV and dining area with table for up to 12 guests.
Numerous French windows give you direct access to the outside and its large terrace.
- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Thermomix pressure cooker, coffee machine, crockery, utensils, etc.).
- Storeroom with washing machine and dryer, hoover, mop, broom ...
- 1 bathroom
- 1 shower room
- 1 separate WC
- Bedroom 1 : 1 bed 160 x 200cm. Forest view
- Bedroom 2: the "dormitory" with 2 x 2 bunk beds 90 x 200 cm + 2 pull-out beds, i.e. 6 beds.
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 3 : 1 bed 160 x 200cm

You can enjoy the large 60 m2 terrace equipped with a spa for 4 people, a pergola with a gas plancha, a garden table that can seat up to 12 people, an outdoor lounge, a garden and a play area with a secure trampoline, a table tennis table and a basketball hoop.

Merci encore à Alice = hôte disponible, agréable et adorable tout simplement. Logement vraiment super. Maison décorée avec goût et bien agencée ! Pleins de choses pour les enfants (trampoline, panier de basket, jouets...). Ils ont adoré. Proximité du lac super agréable avec en plus une jolie forêt derriere la maison. Et le +++ : un superbe jaccuzi ! Adresse à retenir sans hésiter pour passer un super moment en famille ou entre amis ! Je recommande à 100 %.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. La maison est très bien équipée et bien décorée (avec beaucoup de goût). Les enfants ne se sont pas ennuyés (table de ping-pong/ panier de basket/ trampoline), le coin est très sympa et calme. Alice a eu la gentillesse de nous attendre pour notre arrivée très tardive. Hôte très gentille et réactive. Je conseille ce logement 😊
