The holiday apartment Schiara, recommended location in summer, is located in Campiglia and boasts a beautiful view of the Ligurian Sea. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 small rustic bathroom (outdoors) and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Please note that the property is a rural accommodation, surrounded by dry walls. Both dust and insects might therefore be present.
The holiday apartment also boasts private terraces (open and covered) where you can chill out in the evening.
There are many plants in the outdoor resulting in dry foliage, present in the area surrounding the property.
The road to the property is unpaved. We wear comfortable shoes, suitcases/ trolleys without wheels (preferably backpacks that do not have to be dragged as indeed there is not a paved road).
From this location you can reach the Cinque Terre and La spezia in 15 minutes by car and Versilia also Forte dei Marmi in 50 minutes by car. Lunigiana is 30 minutes away by car. In the area there are paths and hiking trails that come from Campilia and lead to Porto Venere. From La Spezia you can reach Lerici. From Lerici you can take the ferry/boat to enjoy sightseeing in the area. As there is a very dark path for the entrance to the house at night, it is advisable to have a flashlight.
Transfer service from the structure to the parking which is 15 minutes away is available upon on request.
There are no supermarkets or shops nearby. It is advisable to bring your own groceries. If can't you can arrange it with the host, so she can provide it upon request for en extra fee.
One pet is allowed.
Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available.
Guests have to walk about 15 minutes to reach the property, as it is not accessible by car. There is a little train that arrives at the house (Monday, Wednesday and Friday), for a supplement to be paid on site.
Basic groceries are available at the property (such as pasta, milk, tomato sauce and bottles of water). Any additional requested will be provided with an extra cost
Tap water is drinkable.
Please note that the road to the facility is impervious and steep, the street is narrow, and in general the path to the property is uncomfortable for little children to walk along.
There are steps to get to the sea.
Being in a rural area, children should not be left unattended.
