The resort-style backyard is equipped with a private pool that has a waterfall feature and spa, an outdoor kitchen, and a firepit.

LIVING AREA

Unwind on the plush sectional and armchairs beside the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 65in TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-appointed and stylish kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including double ovens, a five-burner gas range, as well as two sinks.

Keep the chef company at the kitchen bar for six. Open up two pairs of French doors in the dining area for open-air meals around the eight-seat table in the dining area.

A kitchenette in the pool house is appointed with a sink, coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave.

BED & BATH

Find comfort in the expansive primary suite, which features a king bed, outdoor access, and 65in TV. The oversized bath offers a jetted tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, TV, and access to a private outdoor space. The bath is fitted with a walk-in shower.

Sleep soundly in the third bedroom, detailed with a king bed and bath with a walk-in shower.

The poolside casita offers a private paradise, equipped with a king bed, kitchenette, TV, and dining for four. The bath has a walk-in shower.

A true private oasis, the backyard offers an incredible setting to lounge and simply enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Fire up the gas grill in the outdoor kitchen and dine alfresco at the table or bar.

Spend blue-sky days by the heated, 6'-deep pool with a waterfall feature as well as a spa. In the evening, gather for conversation around the gas firepit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Terrible customer service
Do not use Vacasa. They charged an additional substantial fee for pool heat and delivered a pool with broken heater. They refused to refund the money when we reached out multiple times during our stay and upon returning home. Terrible customer service. Do not pay for heat!!!!

Family vacation
A great place to stay as a large family holiday. The space is large and didn’t feel to crammed. Everyone had their own bathrooms and rooms. The outside amenities were wonderful. The pool was so great and we spent each day enjoying it. There were some items in disrepair and cleaning wasn’t entirely up to par when we arrived but Vacasa took necessary steps to address it to our satisfaction. We would definitely rebook this property. It was in great distance to everything you need.

La Quinta Thanksgiving
The property is awesome and we really enjoyed it. However, the property manager David from Vacasa was not responsive to some issues we had. The first day the pool was supposed to be heated and it was very cold. There was a $100 p/day charge to heat the pool which I was able to get a refund for that day. I also request a breakdown of the Miscellaneous Charges to find out there was and "Extra Cleaning" and "Meet and Greet" charges. We left the house spotless! There was no meet and greet only email instruction to get in the house.. Vacasa has refused to refund those charges. I think it's poor business to hide charges under "Miscellanous".

Great time for 3 friends staying at this location with ensuite's for everyone, a great Casita, plenty of seating inside and out, and a great outdoor bar/grill area. Close to old town La Quinta, Costco, Ralph's etc and PGA-West golf as well. Would definitely consider staying again in the future.

We had 6 adults and 4 children ages 2-5yrs. The house, pool and Yard were perfect. Only problem was the outside trash barrels were full when we got there, previous guest probably didn't know when to put them out. We called Turnkey for help, response was " trash day was Wed." (we checked in Thur- M). They did not offer a solution or assistance.

Wonderful experience. Great house. Only issues were a lack of some basic kitchen items like a cutting board and the spa was a challenge to heat up and keep hot. But turnkey was super responsive. They sent out a tech on a Sunday to fix the casita’s water heater, which was great.

Desert Family Getaway
Our visit to the desert was lovely . Family really enjoyed the the pool and jacuzzi, it definitely made the weather more pleasant. We did have a problem with some appliances including the blender and coffee maker ; however, when contacted the property manager they were quick to respond and deliver. Cleaning crew do need to be more on top of things since trash cans near the Bbq we’re not emptied and the island sink was dirty and reeked of fish odor . Overall our family trip was great! Property management was responsive and professional. Pool and outdoor space was great for our party of 8. House was comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Great place! Not so great customer service.
The house itself was absolutely beautiful but everything from the booking confirmation to locking the home after our stay was not clear and it was very hard to reach the property managers. I reached out to VRBO 3 separate time with no response. After trying to reach out several times via phone, and social media, email seemed to be the only way I was able to get a response from Turnkey. I would stay at the location again but I do wish Turnkey was more responsive.

Beautiful property
The property was wonderful and the property manager at the property was responsive. The problem we had was with Turnkey as a company. They were the last ones after all the other vacation rental companies to allow cancellations due to Coronavirus and in fact only offered to rebook at another time, on the day of our arrival, after we spent a week pleading with them to allow us to rebook or cancel. We had already driven eight hours to get there and were literally at the front door when this option was offered to us on March 14, so we ended up staying. We were so uncomfortable with our stay because the whole town was in the process of shutting down, not to mention the tennis event we originally came for had canceled, so we left a day early. No compensation was given for that either. I understand a strict cancellation policy, but these were extenuating circumstances (pandemic) that all other vacation rental companies took immediate action to accommodate, and Turnkey chose not to follow along with VRBO ‘S advice regarding accommodations toward cancellations and i found that very dissatisfactory. I am a VRBO owner and had a renter coming in that very same weekend and I immediately allowed them to cancel and returned all their money.

The property was great for my family. Skip , the property manager was very attentive and looked after us very well. I would definitely recommend this property . Quiet neighbourhood, house was well equipped, comfortable beds, nice pool and backyard.
