Getting Around:
The property is about 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 170 kilometers (106 miles) from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).
We offer a private shuttle service from either airport. It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfer. However, there are other means of public transportation like the bus or other shuttle services. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!

The TV is equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.
Guests must climb stairs.
Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). We appreciate your support and understanding and must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property. If it is necessary to refill the water, it will be the guest's responsibility.
Electricity consumption is regulated between June 1st - October 31st.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.
We remind you that damaged items such as towels, sheets, blankets, armchairs, walls, and/or stained furniture will be charged at the time of checkout.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.
