Standard apartment, poor provisions
Nice complex, lots of rules and restrictions, no playing music, no floats in the pool, no hanging clothes on balcony. Apartment had 3 chairs for 4 occupants. Fridge not working and food spoilt- informed owner and nothing done to rectify. No change of bed sheets provided. No bin collection on-site, needed to dump rubbish in a street bin. Broken balcony umberella- replaced immediately when owner notified. Check in 4pm and vacate at 10am- not accomodaing by any means! when I arrived at 3.10pm and was told to wait till 4pm. 6 hours to clean a small apartment? Not great! Informed it was suitable for 4- sofa bed was uncomfortable and not suitable for even small children! Lots of small ornaments left around- no need for these, i suggest they need to be removed! As breakage would have incurred charges! 2 hob cooking facility is really unsuitable for self catering! Locked cupboard in the apartment with owners belongings inside- notice pinned to the front saying management only, this needs to be removed as all areas should be accessible to the renter! After booking an extra deposit was requested, not mentioned in the initial booking. Would I recommend? My experience was not great, therefore NO!

Excellent holiday
We stayed at this lovely apartment for 2 weeks, end of November-December. It was very comfortable, everything you would need in a holiday home. The booking process and key handover all went very smoothly. The balcony was great, sun all day. Great location, near the beaches and the shopping centre. Lovely complex with beautiful swimming pool. We would certainly return and would recommend it to others. We hired a car and traveled round the island but you could easily use the bus. A wonderful holiday. Thank you.

Siamo stati in questo appartamento a capodanno 2020 per 6 giorni. L’immobile è pulito, in ottima posizione, peccato per la piscina che non siamo riusciti ad utilizzare in quanto l’acqua era troppo fredda. Consiglio vivamente questa abitazione.

Recomendamos este apartamento ya que está muy bien ubicado y es muy cómodo; su balcón/terraza te permite disfrutar de lindas vistas al complejo y a la piscina que es increíble!!! Desde el check in al check out fue todo sin inconvenientes. Corralejo es hermoso y sus playas también tanto así como su zona céntrica animada Solo nos gustaría hacer una sugerencia, la cuál ya pasamos a sus dueños. Al entrar nos dimos cuenta de que faltaban los insumos básicos como ser jabón, detergente para platos, esponja, papel higiénico. sal, aceite, azúcar y servilletas. Estamos acostumbradas a viajar y alojarnos en apartamentos y solemos contar con estas cosas básicas y nos parece que haría una gran diferencia en la bienvenida. Hay lugares que tienen un pequeño lugar para cosas básicas comunes que todos usamos y es lo que vamos dejando para el próximo huésped o mismo a modo de bienvenida el mismo apartamento cuenta con estos insumos. Esto es un detalle y sugerencia pero recomendamos ampliamente este apartamento...hasta la próxima!!! L &L

ideale Lage, schöner ruhiger Garten
Appartement schön, wenn auch klein, völlig ausreichend. Die Lage der Anlage ist optimal, zu Fuß sowohl in die Altstadt als auch in das Naturschutzgebiet, Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Balkon größer als erwartet, Südseite somit den ganzen Tag Sonne. Schlafzimmer geht zu einer tagsüber relativ stark befahrenen Straße, nachts ruhig. Für uns Leseratten fehlten die entsprechenden Leselampen in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist zum Sitzen sehr unbequem, wir haben es zum Schlafsofa ausgeklappt, dann kamen wir gut zurecht.

Dear Carla & Dario, Just a quick note to thank you both once again for another great holiday. The apartment was fantastic and we will certainly be returning sometime in the future. The apartment was very clean with everything we needed for our stay. The complex was well maintained and quiet, the pool area very relaxing. Wonderful walks within the area. Everything you needed within walking distant. Shops, restaurants, and a good bus service to see the island, if without car. Carla and Dario could not have been more helpfully. A very pleasant break. Location molto carina,posto tranquillo, appartamenti dotati di tutto il necessario, palestra,piascina, zona wifi... E che serve di più. Ragazza addetta alle accoglienza molto disponibile e gentile e poi un isola fantastica... Da rifare..
