The Villas at Poipu Kai is the newest and most luxurious development within Poipu Kai Resort, located on the sunny south shore of Kauai! Unit C110 is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom ground level luxury villa, boasting over 1,600 square feet of living space and a large lanai overlooking the beautiful Poipu Greenbelt. It has two spacious primary bedrooms, with king size beds, en suite bathrooms and plenty of closet space. A third bedroom has two twin beds, and an additional detached full bathroom.

This elegant villa is located near the Poipu Greenbelt, with its paved walkway leading to some of the finest beaches on the south shore of Kauai. Take a 3 minute stroll to Brennecke’s Beach to watch the sea turtles or for some world-class boogie boarding and body surfing. Or head 5 minutes in the opposite direction for quick access to the Grand Hyatt Resort and Shipwrecks Beach. Poipu is a great home base for exploring the Garden Isle, from Waimea Canyon and Polihale on the West side to Princeville and Hanalei to the North.

Perfect Property in Perfect Location
Excellent accommodation with everything you need in an ideal location. Next to pool with spa and five minute walk to beach, where you can see Green Turtles and Hawaiian Monk Seals lying on the beach. Also Spinner Dolphins and Humpback Whales frolicking in the sea, if you are lucky.

Beautiful comfortable condo for the whole family
Beautiful grounds, pool, and place. It was such a wonderful comfortable space for our family. I would come again in a heartbeat. It was so clean and beds were comfortable. The showers were amazing!! Easy to get in and out and the lanai was a place where we spent a lot of our time. I cannot wait to come back!

The property and location was clean and beautiful. The pool and local beaches are amazing and close. The only criticism is that the advertised beach equipment is very worn and mostly inoperable or damaged. In addition, most of the window blinds were also damaged.

Condo is well laid out for privacy between guests. Well stocked beach gear and everything in good condition. Comfortable beds. Nice to have a stone walkway right from the condo to the beach. Pool and jacuzzi were well maintsined, perfect temperature and clear water. Nice big gas barbeques by the pool. Very quiet and relaxing.

Graduation celebration with family
6 of us really enjoyed this property. Nice to have 3 full bathrooms for each couple. Location was a quick walk to the beach. I loved my morning coffee on the covered porch. The first level was great for a quick walk to the BBQ, pool and gym. The noise upstairs was noticed but not too bad. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and all you need. Couldn’t find a cookie sheet but everything else you could imagine. Beds were comfortable. Nice furniture for everyone to sit at. 6 tops inside and out. The sun shades one of the master bedrooms needed fixing/replacing. We would definitely come back. Loved this property
