"One first inspection the apartment is outstanding. Looks great and has all the mod cons. It not until you try and use the facilities that realise they fall short. The washing machine was a nightmare but fortunately the one downstairs was excellent, there is no toaster, no tongs and no broom and dust pan. "I cannot say enough about the fabulous staff at this hotel. The front desk people were so kind and helpful. Great location. My only complaint was that our room was hot last night; we had to keep the window open a crack and were awakened constantly by the late night crowd. Otherwise I can’t recommend enough. "
