Ekolu 1606 is a fully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit on the 2nd floor that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. From the moment you walk in you'll experience vaulted ceilings, cool breezes, and stunning tropical views that can't be beat! Beautifully decorated, this condo sits on one of the prestigious Wailea golf courses with ocean views. With an open concept floor plan, you'll enjoy relaxing in the living room with plenty of seating as well as an expansive lanai with breathtaking views. The couch converts into a Queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress for extra guests. A perfect spot to relax and watch a movie on the brand new 55" smart TV. Enjoy some home-cooked meals in the fully equipped and beautifully remodeled kitchen! There's seating for 4 inside or you can dine al fresco on the large lanai. Enjoy the scenery of humpback whales breaching in the winter months; there are 3 total lanais! In addition to the main living area, there is one in each bedroom.

Step into the master bedroom which offers a pillowtop Cal-King size bed sitting on a new bedframe. Watch the sunrise from bed or on your second private lanai off the bedroom. Enjoy the beautiful en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, fully remodeled! There is also a mini-split AC unit to help keep you cool on those warmer days. The guest bedroom includes 1 pillowtop Twin bed, 1 pillowtop Full bed, a ceiling fan, a mini-split AC, a private lanai, and another separate and fully updated bathroom with a walk-in tile surround shower. The guestroom beds also has new bedframes. This unit has a new a LG stacking washer and dryer for added convenience. Ekolu 1606 stays cool with new mini-split ACs in both bedrooms and the living room, as well as ceiling fans throughout.

Wailea Ekolu is a pristine resort situated on one of the fairways of Wailea's Elite Blue Golf Course. Enjoy golf just a short 5-minute walk away! Shopping and dining are a short drive away from the famous Wailea Village Center. Many more shops and restaurants are just a few steps further at the Shops at Wailea. Just a short drive to shaded parking across the street from the Kiava Kapu beach access. Ulua and Mokapu beaches are also a short walk away from this location. You can also find some of Maui's famous beaches a short drive away. This beautifully landscaped property offers grills, picnic tables, and two swimming pools.

Beautiful Condo for Christmas!
This gorgeous condo was the perfect place for my family and I to spend the holidays this year. It was well stocked and had plenty of places to sleep for our family of 5! The view of the ocean from the balcony was especially dreamy as well :)

My Perfect Stays - appropriately named!
We just returned from a wonderful 11 day trip to Wailea. This was our first time being with My Perfect Stays and we definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend or book on a future trip with this company. Our experience was very positive. The unit was clean and exactly as described with lots of great bonus features (snorkelling equipment, beach chairs, sand toys, one of the most well-equipped rental kitchens we've ever been in), great communication and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Incredible Stay in Wailea
This was one of the best home share rentals I've ever done. The house is in excellent condition. The balcony looks down onto the water below across a beautiful grass and palm tree slope. This is an extremely idyllic property. The house comes with the beach essentials, 4 chairs, an umbrella, a cooler (or two, I think there was a big one we didn't use), and two sets of snorkeling gear. We took these to Big Beach and found the most scenic beach we had ever visited. Checking in, we got a little lost, because the GPS takes you to an address one road west of the actual street. We spent some time trying to find it initially, but otherwise the entire stay was excellent.

Overall a great place to stay!
Overall we had a really great experience booking with My Perfect Stay and enjoyed the condo. I do a lot of research when it comes to travel and places to stay and have pretty high standards, especially when paying a higher amount. We loved the location of the unit, as we prefer staying in the Wailea area. We were walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants and a few really beautiful, less crowded beaches. The condo has great amenities, especially the beach gear (umbrella, chairs, snorkel gear, towels) that we used every day. The unit is very clean, quiet and comfortable, and best of all has an amazing view from the balcony. We sat out there every morning drinking coffee and it was a great way to start the day. I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about this place!

Lovely home - Excellent stay!
The condo was very difficult to find at first, especially at night. Google maps does not do a good job pinpointing the address. When I first entered the condo, I was very underwhelmed. The condo wasn't steps away from the beach like we had wished, but during our stay, I fell in love with this condo. The location, not only in the community, but also on the island turned out to be perfect! Our favorite beach was only a 10 minute drive away. Shopping, groceries and dining was a quick drive down the road. The condo had everything we needed for the stay. Items for the beach, a cooler, the washer and dryer were awesome to have! The kitchen was hands down one of the best stocked kitchens regarding utensils, bags, foil, seasonings. The view to the ocean was fantastic, we could see whales breaching. The community is very clean and quiet. The couches and beds were comfortable. This place was surprisingly perfect! 10/10 would stay again!

Perfect Location
Great property just as the photos represent. Great views from the balcony including a sunset view over the ocean horizon (maybe only certain times of the year). Walking distance down an internal path to shopping and coffee. Immaculate area of Maui.

Perfect!
Loved this property! We stayed with our three teens and were very comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach with expansive grounds and a nice pool. The condo was very clean with a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. They also provided beach chairs, a cooler, fluffy beach towels, a beach umbrella, and other beach gear. We will definitely come again!
