Makena Surf is an exclusive oceanfront property in World Famous Wailea-Makena! During the winter months you can take in seasonal Humpback Whale watching! Makena Surf is located a short five minute drive from all of the restaurants and shops in Wailea but offers the seclusion and privacy from all of the resort traffic!

Unit F-201 accommodates up to 6 guests with a King bed in the Primary bedroom, 2 full sized beds in the guest bedroom, and a Queen sofa bed in the living room. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath end unit has additional windows facing South and South West with spectacular Molokini and Makena coastline ocean views. Slide open the Fleetwood pocket doors to create a seamless indoor, outdoor feeling during your stay. The lanai faces West and overlooks a beautiful lawn area and white sandy beach. The sunsets here are spectacular year round! Enjoy al fresco dining for up to 6, a gas grill and two loungers for soaking up the sun. When you are ready to cool down, this unit is fully air conditioned with central A/C!

Enjoy a well-equipped and fully stocked gourmet kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Enjoy snacks at the breakfast bar while the chef prepares dinner. The grand dining area offers seating for six people and a view to die for. Living room has a large comfortable sofa sleeper to relax on while watching movies on the brand new 58 inch Smart TV. Mix up an afternoon sip at the bonus wet bar. The spacious living area opens to an additional family room with ocean views to spare.

The primary bedroom features a King bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom with granite counter tops, new cabinets and a large walk-in shower. The guest room has two comfortable full size beds with Smart TV and a bathroom just feet away with walk-in shower. New washer and dryer, high speed internet and cable TV in each room are offered complimentary along with beach chairs and beach towels for your convenience.

Located on a very secluded, uncrowded beach, this property sits directly on Wedding Beach. This stunning property offers 2 luxury pools with 2 hot tubs to choose from and BBQ areas for outdoor grilling. Don't miss the beautiful herb gardens available to guests to have their own "farm to table" dining experiences in the comfort of their condo! Glorious views
Absolutely perfect setting. The condo was very clean and everything was wonderful. The view was spectacular - we watched whales and sunsets right from our lanai. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and view
Makena Surf is wonderful. We've stayed at a few units at this location. This unit is similar to others but needs a few upgrades. Some of the smaller details were missing or needed attention but overall, it was a good experience. The water dispenser in the fridge broke when we were there and management did their best to help the situation by bringing us water and ice.

A big umbrella and a small ice chest to take to the beach would have made our experience better.Asking 1/2 of the daily price for a late check out was way too much and should be changed to possibly an hourly rate.

The grounds of the Makena surf are great, however the condo itself was not great from a maintenance perspective; The Mattress was uncomfortable, The ceiling fan didn’t work, the refrigerator froze our food and the ice maker didn’t work The bbq ran out of propane after 2 uses I would recommend the Makena surf as a property, however I would not recommend this particular unit for the issues noted above

Beautiful views!
The condo had amazing views, and is located a short walk from one of the famous “turtle beaches” in Maui. The snorkeling was amazing! The condo was very nice, though the mattress on the pull-out sofa needs to be replaced. We spent most of our time on the lanai overlooking offshore islands and beautiful sunsets. Our only minor issue occurred when the water dispenser in the refrigerator leaked. We called the property manager, who said a maintenance person would be out the next day. No one came to fix it before we checked out 2 days later. Overall, though, the place, the location, the Makena Surf facilities were all top notch.

Reviewer Comments: We have been to Makena Surf several times before, but this was our first time in this unit. This premium condo overlooks a small cove with some great snorkeling (several tour groups stop by the area). The condo is spacious and well-appointed. Makena Surf has some great amenities and direct access to a large beach. The kitchen has the basics but is not equipped to prepare more complex meals. We had a minor glitch with the property codes provided that we resolved quickly. As a corner unit, the lanai lacks the privacy of some of the other units. All-in-all we had a wonderful time.

fantastic covid safe trip
Such a wonderful location, nothing between you and the ocean but a few beautiful palm trees which do nothing but add to the beauty. Condo was well appointed and extremely comfortable. property managers communicated well and were quick to respond to anything we needed. the check in was a little off as you have to check in with the state, airline, car rental, rental firm and property onsite, where each needed something a little different. a bit of patience will take you a long way, everyone is trying to do what the state wants and was easy if you read all the info a couple times. we even extended our stay a week we enjoyed it so much and highly recommended unit. there are a few condo's that have impacted views due to some trees. Beaches on both sides were incredible, one is quiet and the other is long and has amazing waves. we look forward to our next trip already! Mahalo!

This property had a great view and was very large. We had issues with the air conditioner. It did not cool the condo sufficiently, especially in the afternoon. There was no communication with the host. I had to call Coldwell Banker to get the info. You must take into account that some guest may fly a day or two earlier and stay in a hotel to avoid a 9 hr, plane ride. Hence, I do not feel 3 days is enough notice!

Snorkeling is fabulous around the rocks off the beaches next to the property- just a small walk. In fact everyday we saw your companies drop off snorkelers to the cove. The grounds of Mākena Surf are lush and beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked, laundry detergent was provided, along with beach towels and lots of beach chairs to use for your stay. There is a Keuirg/carafe coffee maker. The master bath shower is huge! Only downside on that is our kids used it too so we ended up sharing one shower when there were two available- ha. Keep in mind this property is pretty far south on the island. It is close to shops of Wailea - about 10 min. Coming in at night is tough as it’s hard to tell where all the buildings are located. Follow the path to the right around the back of the office. I wish there had been signs pointing out where bldgs are located.

Tranquility, Beauty and Turtles in SW Maui
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. When we walked in, the view captivated us. Really loved the heavy duty double sliding glass doors making up a wall of windows. Also loved that it was a corner unit giving it an open feel on the lanai. It felt spacious at over 1300 sf and had everything we needed in supplies and amenities. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and groomed. Lots of birds singing on the property made it really feel like a tropical paradise. Everyone around was friendly and respectful of the rules. We will definitely stay here again!

The overall condo complex is just amazing. Well maintained and right on a real nice reef and Beach. The corner or end unit like this is particularly nice as you have Windows along the side which really open up the space to make you feel like you're sitting outside even when you're inside. The furniture is very comfortable and arranged well for a group to socialize or watch the tv. The kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs. There are a few minor maintenance issues but these were easy to look over. It would have been nice to have had a boogie board or two and some umbrellas in the box where they store the chairs as most other units will do. That said it's very easy to get yourself set up by calling Maui vacation rental equipment. You can order the stuff from home and have a delivered on your arrival date to your condo

The grounds, facility, unit, and view were beyond our expectations. The unit is fantastic with an exceptional view. Everything you need (kitchen, bath, etc.) is available in the unit. The appliances are hospitality items are top-notch. We're looking forward to returning to this unit in the near future.

Our previous stay was a luxurious ground floor unit in Building E but since we love snorkeling and spent most of our water time at the smaller beach we decided to give F201 a try and what a great decision. The second floor offered more privacy and the views were amazing. We’ve already booked the same unit for a return trip this fall. The only criticism we have is the deck lounges were sub-par but other than that everything about the unit was perfect for us.

When we first walked in the view is breathtaking and we spent many enjoyable times morning and evening on the lanai.The bedrooms were very comfortable and decorated very nicely. Spacious bathrooms. We were able to enjoy our time with the family at the condo and visit the sights of Maui.We had one issue with 2 cabinet doors with a hinge issue...management was very responsive and it was fixed promptly.The condo complex grounds are well maintained with mature plants and trees. The walkways are lit and perfect for an evening stroll. Our daughters especially enjoyed snorkeling at the beach in the early mornings.All in all it was a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this property again.

Very old inside. Refrigerator new but everything else original. This place really needs an update. Location maybe the best ever, but furniture very old and smelly. kitchen appliances poor. we bought and left a toaster oven. we brought and took back a printer and a DVD player.
