Gorgeous mountain Duplex just minutes from Keystone ski resorts.... 4,000 sq/ft on 3 levels. Main floor has a beautiful great room with vaulted ceilings, fully equipped with all you`ll need to enjoy a Wonderful Mountain Getaway!

If you are looking for a home located near multiple world-class ski resorts and has amenities the whole family will enjoy, then this is the home for you! Sitting just minutes from Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Breckenridge, this 4000 square foot home features 3 levels of luxury for everyone. The main floor welcomes you with large windows, vaulted ceilings, a gorgeous gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, and a dining table that seats up to 8. Located off the dining room is a patio with incredible views, a gas grill and outdoor dining set; the perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning.
Off the kitchen is the Master suite with its own gas fireplace, King-sized bed, and a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub! Upstairs you will find the second bedroom with a King bed, the third bedroom with a Queen, and the fourth bedroom with a double bed and shared bath. In the loft area there is a trundle (2 twin daybeds) just above the great room.
The huge basement is perfect for a night of fun! Not only will you find a huge flat screen TV and an air hockey table, but also a wet bar. In the basement is bedroom number five with bunk beds with a bottom double and twin on top, and and additional twin bed; there is also an air mattress for guest use!
This home is equipped with all you’ll need to enjoy a family retreat away or a large group to catch up for the week. Red Mountain Retreat is full of technology, 6 LCD TV’s including 3 “smart” TVs that can access the internet and apps like Netflix. 3 of the TVs come with 3 Blu Ray DVD players, and surround-sound in the lower level entertainment area.
Your backyard is adjacent to the Dillon Nature Preserve with hundreds of acres of pristine wilderness, views of Lake Dillon and the Rockies, and over 26 expansive miles of trails for hiking, jogging, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing. Just down the road you will find the club house which has an exercise room with treadmills, ellipticals and a weight machine. And if you stay with us in the summer months, you have full access to the club house swimming pool!

The master suite has a gas fireplace, king-sized bed, (sleeps 2), and a private whirlpool tub. The huge basement is great for gaming or family gatherings, and has one more bedroom sleeping up to 7, #5 has bunk beds with a bottom double and a twin on top, and an additional twin bed.

This neighborhood is a private community nestled adjacent to Lake Dillon Reservoir and the town of Dillon, Colorado.

Area History: For centuries, the area was a seasonal hunting ground of the nomadic Ute Indians. In the late 1800’s the region was frequented by trappers and prospectors and the land was (and still is) predominately owned by the federal government.

With the filling of the Dillon Reservoir in 1963, the area was scenically enhanced and its character given a new dimension. During 1980 and 1981 a number of small private parcels were merged to form an 82-acre planned unit development named Summerwood.

Today, Summerwood is a private and comprehensively planned community of about one hundred homes, including single-family, duplex, and three small condominium complexes. Common areas and facilities include a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a clubhouse.

The free bus system (Summit Stage) can take you anywhere in the County including Copper Mountain. The closest Summit Stage stop to this property is less than one mile away. The Summit Stage can take you directly to any Ski Resort (Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper) and many other places throughout the County. This is a perfect way to travel throughout town without a car or worrying about parking for a day on the mountain.
This property has a large driveway and a private two car garage attached to the home.

**please keep in mind- absolutely no trailers of any kind permitted on driveway of home, if you have a trailer you will need to find alternative parking/storage option. Additionally, only 2 vehicles may be parked on the driveway at any time (2 in driveway + 2 in garage permitted). **

Dillon, Colorado, is a small but surprising place with a panoramic view of Lake Dillon and the Gore and Tenmile mountain ranges. Situated between Frisco, Silverthorne and Keystone, the town’s boundaries are blurred along Highways 9 and 6, but its many charms are visible. If your plan is to hit all the Summit County ski resorts in a short period of time, Dillon, Colorado, makes a fantastic base camp because each day you can choose from Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain or Arapahoe Basin. Even the Vail Valley is within reach. Many Summit County locals call Dillon home because of its residential enclaves, but the year-round population is still less than 1,000. For the budget-conscious vacationer, Dillon hotels, motels and vacation rental properties often boast great views at less-costly rates. Dillon has truly walk able spaces but not the main street typical of some other mountain resort towns. Instead the community gathers around several key attractions like the Marina and Amphitheater. Summertime brings the Dillon, Colorado, community together for a weekly concert series, farmer’s markets and boating. Dillon boasts the world’s highest regatta at 9,017 feet above sea level.

This home has a parking/car limit that is strictly enforced. Only 4 cars are permitted. Only two cars allowed on the driveway at any time.

No outdoor fires permitted.

We want you to enjoy your vacation but please remember at all times that this is somebody`s home and we expect you to treat it as if it were your own. No smoking of any kind inside the home. No pets.

Please remove shoes and ski boots upon entering the home.

1. Agreement: 5 Diamond Lodging, INC (“5 Diamond Lodging”), the Owner and Guest agree as follows: Above Guest is an adult over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends, or responsible adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories and as a result will have to vacate the property immediately without any refund. No keys will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.

2. Cancellations: Cancellations 61 days or more will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Deposit is forfeited.

3. Security Deposit: The signer of this Agreement agrees to Pay 5 Diamond Lodging the full rental price, which includes a security deposit/damage waiver. A security deposit will be collected for all stays in our executive properties, which must be paid separately and in full by Credit Card approval 30 days prior to check-in. Any damages, losses or excessive cleaning charges incurred by the signer or anyone in signer’s group will be withheld from your security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded after a routine inspection of the property has been made and no damage has been discovered. Agreeing to these terms you alone agree to accept responsibility for full payment of your reservation and the integrity of the property rented.

4. Check In: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in times are allowed only when the property is cleaned and ready for occupancy and prior approval through 5 Diamond Lodging is required.

5. Check out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Prior approval by 5 Diamond Lodging is required for a late check-out. Please leave all keys, remote controls and garage door openers (if issued) at the location. A replacement fee will be charged for each lost key, remote control or garage door opener if misplaced.

6. Cleaning: Each property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. The rental fee you have paid will provide for a normal cleaning so that you can enjoy your vacation right up to the last moment. You are required to leave the property in the same general condition in which it was received and follow the checkout checklist at departure.

7. Sleeping Capacity: Guests and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit all fees paid for any of the following: a. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity b. Using the property for any illegal activities including, but not limited to, the possession or consumption of alcohol by persons less than 21 years of age.
c. Causing damage to the premises rented or to any neighboring properties. d. Any other act which interferes with your neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment of their property. e. Guests will obey the HOA rules and regulations and follow quiet hours from 7am-10pm. No parties or events, loud outdoor music or loud voices.

Great Space & Excellent Location
Great house with lots of space for your entire party. We had 7 adults and 6 kids, so three floors of space was well received. Furniture and beds were all comfortable. Was so nice to have air hockey, shuffle board, and the TV in the basement for a movie night. This location is super convenient to get to Dillion/Silverthorne, Keystone, Frisco, Breckenridge and access to Dillion Reservoir. Also there is an amazing trail just outside the property for walking/hiking -- a true gem! The Owner/Property Manager was super helpful and responsive during booking and during our stay. Only reason I gave four stars is that the property could use some TLC, but was just find for our group.

Beautiful and large property in great location
We had a great experience staying at this property; all 13 of us had a place to sleep and the main living spaces were open, large, and well decorated. The property is only a few minutes' drive from stores and restaurants and very close to the marina for our boat rental. Property management was very responsive when I called to confirm our reservation the weekend prior.

My husband and I children/ spouses and grandchildren stayed for 4 nights. The house has a great layout for family to be together and when needed also have separate spaces. Kitchen was very well equipped with upgraded appliances. Beds were comfortable. It is not a new house and shows a little wear but was clean and comfortable and for such a large house was in our budget. We were worried about no air conditioning but the house cooled off nicely with windows open. We loved the location. It was an easy quick drive to Dillon and Silverthorne. Breckenridge was about 20 minutes

Perfect mountain getaway!
This was the perfect place for our large family to gather for a ski week! Plenty of space for everyone, well appointed kitchen and perfectly clean throughout. We loved the fireplaces after a long day on the slopes.

The property was beautiful, clean and in a great central location for skiing. The kitchen was very well-stocked. The living room was very comfortable with enough room for everyone to relax. The air hockey and shuffle board tables were fun. Only complaints were that some of the beds were uncomfortable - mattresses were probably well-worn. Additionally, there is no hot tub on the property, which was somewhat misleading from the listing. You have to drive down to the club house to use a small, indoor hot tube.

Great house for reunion
This is a very comfortable spacious home. We loved that there was a short trail to a much bigger trail right outside the back door. We stayed the end of July and the upstairs was a little hot. Other than that it was great. I would highly recommend this house.

Overall our stay was amazing. Ice machine wasn't working on fridge when we got there but the guys with us got it working. Not ideal location for big vehicles but we maneuvered it to get it in the driveway/garage. House was beautiful on the inside.
