« Really awesome location right on the beach. The hosts were really accommodating. The pool was actually the perfect temperature despite the heat and that is almost always an issue at condos. Pleasantly surprised! The condo was a little musty and could use a bit of updating but really a great trip all in all. »

« The condo was just what needed for a trip over the holidays! It has everything you need to be comfortable. The location is ideal. You just walk down the steps and you are on the beach! It is gorgeous and easy to walk. There is a great patio with chairs that you can enjoy meals and the beach without getting sandy. Great restaurants and bars some you can walk to. Enjoyed some activities in Tampa the aquarium and a Lightning game. So fun! Would visit again »

« I booked this property in June 2024 woth the intent to spend a long weekend in November 2024. Unfortunately, Florida, and particularly the barrier islands, was impacted by winds and storm surge caused by Hurricanes Debby, Helene, and Milton, and by the time we arrived, many residents and business owners in Indian Rocks and Clearwater were still recovering. Many of our favorite places were closed - some of them forever. The condo was nice, but the water park (Splash Harbor) was closed the whole...

« If the location was a little closer to downtown it would have been more convenient for walking and carrying any purchases back. The pool and hot-tub area was a nice plus. »

« This property couldn’t be in a better location and is perfect for a 2-3 people. It is decorated nicely, very comfortable and they provide everything you would need for the stay and the beach. They require rental insurance, which was an additional unexpected expense when booking, and were pretty strict about check-in and check-out times. Otherwise perfect for a getaway on the beach! »

« Please update your listing stating that since the hurricane, there are things on the property still not available, sun deck, beach area.More dish towels and cloths would be nice. We only had one dish towel. A storage area in the bathroom would be nice or have the linen closet unlocked for use. Pizza pan and cutter along with a few more sets of Silverware would be nice along with salt and pepper. More garbage bags too, as we only had one. »
